Hader's bringing the heat tonight. 95-97 with the fastball, as if it wasn't hard enough to hit already.

 

93-94 is much better when it's unhittable. The extra MPH seem to be at the expense of movement as the batters seem to be able to foul it off or launch a HR...

It's too bad that Hader gives up a home run and it causes this game to be tied, instead of just a solo shot. I thought after he had that walk that this is setting up for disappointment.

At least we got that extra run on the wild pitch so it's only tied and we're not trailing. Still can hopefully pull this out.

 

But yeah, walks suck. I can tip my cap to a solo shot, but never good to put an extra run on the board from a free pass.
