God I hate bumgarner.

 

Thought he was going to wind up with an infield single then I saw Moose slow down and lob it over to first and still get him by 5 steps. MadBum really busting it down the line.

Not really all that impressed with the Moose deal. Felt at the time like it was an overpay for a pure rental at a position we didn't need for a guy who is only okay. Hasn't really changed my mind.

They gave up two guys that were obviously not high on their future asset list. Moose has been good. Solid defense and clutch hitting. Having him in the lineup has taken the 2B black hole away. I've been happy with it.

It's so sad to see the decline of Santana. I wanted him to succeed so badly.

Me too. He was one of my favorite players last season. Maybe things will turn around for him next year. If he's on the team next year.
