Down 6 runs in the 8th the Cub's fans still manage to cheer like they won the game on a flyball that doesn't even reach the warning track.

I’ve been following the Brewers since ‘78 when I was 6.

Don’t think I’ve ever had a September like this. Brewers had several late-season surges that came up short (87 and 92 come to mind).

In ‘82, the Brewers barely held on. In ‘11, the Brewers peaked in August and wasn’t playing their best at seasons’ end.

This is so much fun. I was in St. Louis last night and the nervous energy from both sets of fans was such that I haven’t felt in a game I attended in a long, long time. Sharing it with fellow Brewers fans, chanting “MVP!”, etc., and then having it end in a win was the absolute best.

Go get it Brewers. Go get it ALL!

Right now is the exact opposite of what things felt like at the end of the 5-game series sweep in Pittsburgh. This is so much fun.
Not just “at Night” anymore.

Last night was the greatest baseball game I have ever seen in person, until tonight. Yelich's ritual evisceration of the Cardinals after the intentional walk to Cain is by far the greatest sports moment I have ever seen in person.

Not classy that the brewers won, that Braun hit 2 homers (since he cheats and the cardinals DONT), that Yelich homered after an intentional walk, or that there was no kneeling in front of the best team and fan base EVER. What a game. I'm watching it listening to the cardinals announcers now. Their tears taste so good.

My favorite part about that Yelich homer was Bader getting all pissy at the wall. Something about that dude rubs me the wrong way...beyond his Cardinalness.

Exactly. Bader is a true cardinal. Short, clearly roidin' it up, pissed at everything. Soon he'll be drunk driving with LaRussa

Remember tonight as the night when Yelich won the MVP. There shouldn't be any contest now.

And Brauny with 3 bombs in two games against the hated Cardinals. Oh, how sweet it is.

If we sweep tomorrow night, I want to see someone untuck their shirt as they cross home plate, just to piss off the sanctimonious Cardinal fans and team.

Rock has grown on me over the years. I wish he said what he really thought more often though.

If he did he'd get fired like Tommy Hutton did in Miami.

Carpenter tossed! Can’t blame him for being mad though.

I don't blame him either but it is sweet beating those clowns. That friggin' team has broken our hearts more often than I care to recall.

That game right there, to me, is right up there with clinching the Wild Card on the final game of the season in 2008 and clinching the division in 2011. It really feels like this team's destiny is in their own hands right now. Cubs and Cardinals have to be getting pretty nervous.

I'm telling you guys, we NEED a "Like", "thumbs up" emoji, or hell even a heart for comments like this that come up everyday. That tweet was horrid.
