I got the credit on 10/9, and I agree it's probably based on the credit card company. AMEX for the win!

Mine was Amex as well. Just providing data for people.

I don't know how they do refunds on their end, but I imagine that has been a bottom of the barrel priority the last 2 weeks.

Of course they did. The longer they have your money, the more interest they make off of it.

Huge ticket drop for game 6. Just snagged 3 terrace box next to each other--416 row 2. Just gotta get the flight now.

Someone bought my SSH pair for Game 6 a couple days ago. I think there will be potential deals on G6. I only plan to attend if it is a clinch game for us. If we are down I plan to sell and wait for G7. But that leaves a very short turnaround time if it is 2-2 after tonight.

I agree, if down 3-2 I think people will wait for game 7. But the series certainly isn't trending that way right now and if it's a potential clincher it will not be a cheap ticket.

I'm not showing any available. Maybe they all got bought up in minutes? I'm not planning to buy, just generally curious on whats available.

I've been refreshing occasionally and suddenly about 10 price ranges showed up. I pulled 3 terrace reserved immediately followed by 3 terrace box. Didn't try anything else. Decided to buy the terrace box.

I see nothing now also...keep checking. A few days ago I found 2 field outfield for game 6 but I wanted 3 together and figured there would be more.

Now I need to get some game 7s also just in case.

You just have to keep refreshing once you get through the captcha. I'm only looking for singles but i've pulled them in a few different price ranges.

I got that as well. I had asked and was told I'll get a refund on SSH tickets 7-10 business days after all games conclude.

Yeah, they are saving your SSH refund to put towards the World Series ticket bill, basically.

I have already paid for the entire postseason. That last payment is processed today. Instead of just keeping the refund and putting it towards that, they're still going to bill that last payment and delay the refund. I don't really care, but it would be less annoying if they actually did what you suggest.

Anyone else get shorted in their refund? I paid $138 for two game 5 tickets and general parking, but got a $135 credit back. Looks like they didn't pay back the $3 'order processing fee', but I was under the impression that all fees would be credited back?
Posted

I didn't expect the processing fee back because I bought multiple games with 1 order and figured if any of the games happened they would keep the fee.

If I bought only game 5 and didn't the processing fee back, I would absolutely contact them and ask. They should not be keeping that.

Gave them a call just now, and they do NOT credit back the handling fee.

I can see why. Digitally handling that money and not printing that e-ticket is a lot of work, can't expect them to do it for free.

Yeah, I specifically remember language that said all funds, including fees, would be credited back. Seems crappy to make people eat a $3 handling fee for literally no work on their end. I'd buy that if they still printed and mailed tickets, as there's a cost to that, but otherwise, that just seems like crappy business.
