The women's rumble was fun, the men's was not and filled with a bunch of guys that nobody cares about. It is okay that Brock won but at least make the journey there worthwhile. Many predicted a Rousey win too but they made that entertaining

All reports said that he has blown a major WM match as well he was to be involved in Elimination Chamber. Its funny that Vince is firing his son for all of the revisions day of, because thats basically what he does most Monday and Friday nights, and one Sunday a month.

Also it seems like WWE is pushing a KO - Stone Cold WM match. Which don't get me wrong, I'd love to see Stone Cold make one more run in theory, but he hasn't wrestled since 03, retired due to neck issues and is 57. The match can't be good.

One thing about the whole Cody situation is it seems somewhat sudden. Brandi just started an angle and yesterday AEW released a podcast with Cody. He seems like a real go-getter who's more interested in starting than sustaining. He helped start AEW and 3 years in it's time to move on and start something else so I don't see him going to WWE especially after the things he's said about the company since he left. Maybe he'll go to Ring of Honor and help them get going again.

Speaking of guys switching companies, can't say I saw anything special about Keith Lee. Never saw him before but I guess he was a guy that fans loved in NXT and WWE dropped the ball with him. All he did was throw a guy around for 5 minutes and the only reason it looked good was because his opponent was athletic and weighs about 160 pounds. I don't think he did an actual wrestling move the whole match.

NXT TakeOver Stand & Deliver is scheduled for Saturday morning April 2nd from the American Airlines Center in Dallas. Local start time of 11am. Long day for fans who will attend Mania that night as well.

I did like how they did it last year with Tuesday and Wednesday night NXT events WM week, Friday Smackdown, and then Saturday and Sunday Wreslemania. Looks like they are just going to have one long day on Saturday this year.

Tony Khan bought ROH. I think this was the most likely outcome when they announced their hiatus. I'm interested to see what he does with it. I hope he keeps it and AEW as two separate companies with limited crossover.

rumor is that it will be his developmental brand to compete with NXT. I read something that he was nearing an agreement with HBO max. I wonder if that is where ROH will be shown.

ROH was a sinking ship without much interest in watching their product can't imagine there is much interest to get ROH on the air now. Maybe they can get some use out of old footage but likely not much value beyond that.

ROH tanked when the Elite left. The same guys that started AEW. I think there's enough juice for some money making storylines right there while still showcasing whoever's left. Heck, this may all tie in to whatever is going on with Cody right now.

For the pro wrestling fans out there, what is your favorite show (must see) of the week. For a while, it has been smackdown for me, but of late it has been NXT 2.0. I know the quality of the matches are nowhere near what AEW puts out or Raw / Smackdown, but I like the Indy wrestling feel with the backing of USA / WWE. I think the rebrand started roughly, but it is hitting its stride of late.

Just got a free year of Peacock so I've been watching Nitro starting about 1997. Man Hall, Nash, and Hogan were so great at what they did with the NWO.

I have xFinity/Comcast, and if you're an internet customer you can get this little streaming box that has many of the streaming service apps.  They include free acceess to Peacock Premium, so I got to watch Wrestlemania for free.  I've started watching Nitro in 1996 and have just gotten to the Bash at the Beach where Hogan turned (but I've been skipping through most of the matches, except for ones involving John Tenta and the Disco Inferno).

Banks and Naomi left raw and even put their titled on John Laurenitis’s desk. Will be interesting to see how this ends. Also it has been rumored that Naomi was joining the bloodline and may have gave that up to stick out for her friend

Watching old Nitro it's apparent how terrible and pointless interviewers are today. Mean Gene and Tony Schiovane would carry on a conversation with a wrestler and try to engage with them and lead them where they need to go. Nowadays it's "So and so said something about you last week. What do you have to say about that?" And that's all they contribute. You could get rid of them and no one would even notice.
