I really don't think we know who is good and who is bad yet. Wait until after week 3.

Agree but Pitt was generally seen as a descending team with a washed up QB, then won a nice game in Buffalo. I don't think them in GB is a game we should lose...unless we're actually as bad as we looked.

SF has a good argument for being a strong team. Losing is acceptable. Another 30-pt drubbing isn't.

Tonight's game is all about the defense for me. The Lions offense doesn't provide a huge threat so most positive outcomes from the D will have to be taken lightly, but still hoping to see less breakdowns in coverage, more guys flying around the ball, and most importantly the ability to get off the field on 3rd downs - especially 3rd and longs.

With a new coordinator and lack of pre-season reps, I fully expect it to take until mid-season for the unit to really come together, but tonight needs to be the start of progress being made. Watching the game last night I'm not sure how we would slow down either of those offenses. Fortunately & unfortunately, we're going to get to see it a few weeks down the road.

Weather wise it looks like a line of thunderstorms will hold off and the game will stay dry, but if the storms move a little faster than expected the 4th Q could get a little wet.

ESB has been elevated from the PS to the active roster for tonight’s game, per Rob Demovsky. That seems odd, considering they seem healthy at WR.

I think Deguara is out with a concussion and ESB's brother is on the Lions. It could be just be for the gesture of suiting up for a nice moment + possibly contributing on ST.

That’s neat if they’re doing him a solid so the family can watch both of them play. I think EQ is still worthy of a roster spot, when healthy.

ESB suits up for week 2, so he goes on the IR for week 3 then? /half blue - mostly :(

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

I think the Packers right the ship, but few outcomes would surprise me. I’d love to see AJ Dillon work up a good lather tonight. I wish the Packers would have re-signed Williams as the RB2 and taken a comp pick for Jones (you’re welcome if Jones goes off for 200 tonight :) ).

King wasting no time showing once again he's one of the worst DBs in football.

The JBJ of the Packers. Terrible terrible terrible signing.

Again, there's a reason the rest of the league didn't want anything to do with King. What do we see in these guys? Unfathomably stupid move by Gute to bring him back.

King sucks, but the Joe Barry show is not much better.

Not sure who is most responsible for the Barry hire but he deserves some heat for it.

Paying King any amount of money at all, and justifiying it by saying he's a "placeholder" for Stokes is a brutal, awful misallocation of resources for a team that was already tight under the cap.

I would rather see the rookie get burned like that instead just for the experience he can learn from.

To be fair, King seems to be regressing. There was a time when his biggest problem was not being able to stay on the field. Now, he’s getting toasted left and right.
