Saw today that the Twins have signed RHP Carlos Luna as a minor-league free agent after spending the 2022 season in Biloxi. 

I know he ended up going to Gwinnett, but the Twins also signed Tyler White who spent much of the season with Nashville.

I think he could still put up a few good ML seasons, but he's a good bet as a AAAA guy you can bring up and not get embarrassed.

He was a super steady OF presence in Nashville, for sure. But, once the youth moment took hold he saw the writing on the wall. He's a steady presence and a fluid athlete. He got going offensively after a slow start. Solid defensive presence. A good depth piece. He could probably fill in rotationally - or even carve out a role - in thinner outfield groups. I wish him well. He's a good pro.

RHP Braden Webb (free agent), whom the Brewers released in March 2022 when he elected to have surgery, has a 1.90 ERA and 53 Ks after 47 1/3 IP in the Puerto Rican League, leading the league in innings, wins and strikeouts. He'll likely be looking to sign a minor league contract somewhere soon.

RHP Bowden Francis (with the Blue Jays' AAA squad) also appears to be enjoying himself in Puerto Rico this winter: 0.35 ERA after 26 IP, with 35 Ks.
