Starting to get a little frustrated with Mitchell at this point. He had about 6 very hittable pitches in his last AB and fouled away all of them. Can we stop the shenanigans and call up Frelick or Wiemer?

How is that throwover rule going to work.     I mean if you it throw it over twice the guy can basically take a huge lead

 

or they can throw it over as long as it’s an out?
