No way Baltimore gives up the #1 pitching prospect in baseball, the top pick in last years draft, their top LH starter prospect and another top 75 prospect in Westburg for any package, let alone Burnes plus plus plus.

The Woodruff extension could happen, but Adames and Lauer are too low. Houser is just not worth extending.

The Renfroe trade seems fair.

I hate the idea of deferred money but honestly, if the Brewers are going to extend their current players, I'm not sure there's another option.

I think Brock has a better chance of getting a 4 year deal from the Brewers then Houser does……….?
