Given the ridiculous nature of the argument just keep scrolling my friend. No need to respond whatsoever.

I care too much not to! The 15 minute lag time is proof of that...remember?

I'm suspecting a franchise first tonight. I doubt Brewer pitchers have ever retired 26 hitters in a row in one game.

I wonder if Dave Bush has the record? I doubt it, but I seem to remember a few games he took a no-hitter late into the game. The 7th, 8th a time or maybe 2. Probably had walks.

CC was another one, but I forgot he mixed in those 3 walks in that no-hit-1 hit game.

Thing is, you have to give up runner(s) either in the 1st OR the 9th, then nothing else.

Burnes/Hader no-hitter, I believe the one baserunner was in the 7th. I seriously doubt they ever retired 26 in a row.

I mis-spoke, I meant to say had the record. I doubt that we've had 26 straight retired before...unless there was some extra inning game, but I doubt it.

I was trying to think of what the record was. I'd assume you're right and 26 is now the record.

This is probably going to be a bad Peralta game.  Slider looks horrible and if he continues to leave it over the plate this is going to be worse than Rea’s last start.

Bump it!

What a start by Freddy!

He did really dial it in tbf

It wasn’t 26 in a row, but Woodruff had a game against the Phillies a few years ago (2019?) where he gave up a solo HR around the 6th inning and that was the only “baserunner” for the whole game.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Is it safe in here yet?

Pretty much never.  Negativity always rules.  I imagine if the team was in first place there would be some positivity...........oh wait.

Makes reading a blowout-win game thread pretty damn amusing the next day though.
