When Houser is on, it is a thing of beauty, but he always seems like he is right on the edge of disaster (or sometimes over the line).

I expect he’ll start the 6th, but might get a quick hook if he gets in trouble.

Why would they even think about pulling Miller unless he's in some kind of a pitch count.

He could end up throwing a complete game one hitter because I don't think the Brewers are going to do any more damage.

Houser against Freeman might not end well.

He's one of their prized young arms. They're being careful with him.

They were careful with May, too and he almost has more TJ's than wins...there's being careful and then there's being too cautious when a pitcher is comfortably rolling with a low pitch count.

Make him look foolish one pitch... groove the next one for a double.  That is Houser...

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

I'd almost be tempted to walk Hernandez....

I know the run isn't his fault, but it was clear that CC should have gone with Milner there.

Like the old saying it's better to be one hitter too early than one hitter too late making a change.
