Dunn is exactly what they mean by AAAA hitter. He guesses all the time. If he guesses right he can hit if not he's auto out. Looking at strike three is proof.

Dunn leads the universe in taking called strike 3.

Enter stat guys proving you wrong...lol

Sure seems like an accurate statement though.

I take Black over Dunn

At this point in time there's not much difference between the two.

Obviously Black probably has a higher ceiling but he's a long way from it right now.

Except Dunn can play 3B, and it seems like the Brewers have given up on Black playing 3B.

I was more commenting on their offense.

I don't like where Frelick is setting up his hands right now.

He needs to start with them deeper and more in line with his body. As he's striding into the pitch his hands are never really getting into a good launch point.

Churio is over swinging.

He has a really quick bat but he is swinging out of his socks and his head is all over the place.

Starting to pitch Chourio in rather than breaking balls away.

He needs to spend time with William and Willy when they take extra batting practice early in the day.

Man Chourio just is so overmatched most AB.

It doesn't really matter what anyone thinks, it's pretty obvious that if we weren't desperate for bodies in the OF, he would be best served right now, in AAA.

It's not like that is where I want him to be, I was really hoping he'd belong with the Brewers, but it just doesn't look like that if you ask me.

Now I realize that our resident Chourio experts will chime in to tell me just how wrong I am, but you just can't tell me that the best thing for him right now is playing with the Brewers.  Even if he could go down for a month, earn his way back, then come back up, I'd be happy with that decision.

I agree with this. My stance is where ever he is he needs to be playing. Sitting on the bench for a week is no bueno. In a perfect world he would go down and rake.

Man, you were doing halfway OK until you turned into the usual passive aggressiveness.

Everyone has their opinions on Chourio. Just because they disagree you doesn't mean they think they're experts. They might just feel the Brewers are operating under more information than you are.

I'm sure the Brewers look into their minor leagues and realize they'd rather roll with Chourio's ups and downs while he's batting 8th and 9th than put some career AAAA player in there. We'll see what happens with Mitchell gets back.

The passive aggressive back and forth of Chourio to AAA/Chourio should stay here is becoming old. Y'all can live and die with every one of his at bats if you want. I'll realize he's a 20 year old skipping AAA who the Brewers want to be in Milwaukee and even though he isn't OPS'ing close to an every day player, they must feel this is more valuable than being in AAA.

The team is still winning, afterall.
