You are the most pessimistic poster (poser) on this board.

It was always going to be tough to keep up with the MN receiving corp down Alexander/Williams and then Anderson.  The only way to do that would be a good pass rush which we have not seen.  I’m much more disappointed with the offense who just can’t get out of their own way

I know it’s not all scheme but Hafley did a really, really poor job today.

He's not alone. MLF has been no great shakes either.

The offense just sucked. Can’t have that. I can live with the defense being mid, weird stuff happening on special teams I’m conditioned for. Crap offense can’t happen. Love got the bag, LaFleur is hired for being an offensive guy, you can’t be this putrid. Unacceptable.

I'll be honest this is the last place I would want to play in the playoffs.

Now that we have Jacob's I would rather go to Philly or Washington and with Detroit being fairly injured I would rather go there.

Jordan love is 10/18 for 64 yards in the 4th Qtr.  That’s really awful

I was going to say something similar. It's honestly been kind of a weird game. That's a bizarre stat line in the 4th quarter of a game you've been losing the entire time. Even weirder when Jacobs has over 4 yards a carry.

At least I can stop hearing about how Lafleur gets overlooked for coach of the year every year.

He's 4 and 10 against O'Connell and Campbell.

Yeah, I don't get the "they'll choke" comments.  They seem pretty good at rising to the occasion.

but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave

We’re lightyears away from the, what a job he’s done with Willis storyline. He needs to get Love right, and fast.

You don't 'get' Vikings choke comments? Were you born before or after the Obama administration?

Stokes can leave along with Alexander. We really need to address the cornerback position. Should probably target a true #1 receiver too.

How bout a pass rusher or 2.

Stokes has been a bust since the beginning. He was one of those guys who was not good at all but for some reason escaped any real criticism and you were always told to wait for him to be healthy or whatever.

I don't like when people pick one play early in the game and then pretend that the rest of the game would have unfolded the same. But I'm about to do it:

That total concession to give up a FG before the half is big. And of course he missed the FG and we bailed them out.

I think it comes from the games where they (Minn) barely win against a bad Jaguars team 12-7 with Mac Jones at QB, have trouble against the Bears in a 30-27 game in the Eberfleus mangled clock management game and have to make a comeback to edge the Cardinals 23-22 at home.

Stokes has actually been under the radar good this year, today maybe notwithstanding.

My feeling about our corners is that we have a pass rush problem more than a corner problem. Coverage tends to get exposed when you can’t rush the passer.
