Mark Manfredi has truly hit his stride and I couldn't be happier for him. Just a fantastic run of brilliance out of the Pen of late.

Coleman Crow with an absolute beauty of an outing today.

73 pitches, 51 strikes, 15 called strikes, 14 whiffs

38.9% whiff rate, 20.5% called strike rate, 19.2% swinging strike rate, 39.7% CSW

Feels like it's time for Crow to be promoted to AAA and Hardin to be promoted to AA. Just tough to pull off with the state of the Wisconsin rotation. Probably need Manuel Rodriguez and Bishop Letson to be healthy to pull that off.

Which begs to ask the question: Were they just being cautious w Letson or  did he have a negative reaction to Tuesday's bullpen? In that mid week post-game pod Mehring claimed Letson was on schedule to start Saturday should he continue to feel good through the remainder of the week. Obviously, that did not happen.

So ready for some DSL box scores to be injected directly into my veins tomorrow.

Guessing Kenny Fenelon and Brailyn Antunez will be split up so both can play CF everyday?

Appears you are correct. Fenelon’s milb page has him on team Gold and Antunez’s milb page has him on team Blue

Josh Adamczewski breaks into Pipeline’s Top 30 with Caleb Durbin graduating from prospect status. Adamczewski slides in at 16. Hopefully we can see him back in action relatively soon

So bummed he skipped Appleton all together.  Really wanted to see this kids stuff in person.

Some slight difference on the numbers because whiffs = swinging strikes + foul tip using savant/fangraphs definition.

@Terry that’s great info on Crow.  2 questions- first do you have this data on Hunt as well?

And second, how do they compare to other top Southern League pitchers?

I do. Underrated performance from Hunt yesterday.

I didn't group it further with league tho. If you're interested you also can check here on Fangraphs.

Below I use 470 pitches as threshold(because of Coleman Crow)
Ranked with whiff%

Ranked with CSw%(fangraphs version)

I'll see if I can refine it in the offseason to make it like a percentile ranking card for every player.

Thank you. That is great. They seem to be among the 20 or so pitching prospects in the league (excluding guys older than like 23-24)

Henderson on pitch limit?

Most likely.

With only 78 and 81 innings in each of the last two seasons and 54 already this year he probably has about 70 IP left in the tank assuming they don't want to jump him by more than 40 to 50 over his previous highs.

Of his eleven outings this year he's gone 3 IP, 4 IP (x2), 5 IP (x5), and 6 IP (x3) with pitch counts between 57 and 96.

Average outing has been a tick under five innings and about 78 pitches to this point.

Trey Supak…that’s a name I haven’t heard in years. What’s he doing as a 29 year old in AA
