Anthony Seigler is our bench bat. Funny.

I don't care for him to much, not a bit better than Haase.

The Andrew Vaughn dilemma is a tough one for the Brewers. Like he's looked absolutely great as a Brewer but how can you trust that he's a good hitter after not being one for his whole career.

The lack of power in this lineup is frightening.  Singling teams to death was never going to be sustainable.  Pretty obvious what Arnold needs to do over the next few days.

I'm kinda glad this has gone how it has because I was starting to think they thought they thought they didn't need anything. Now they know they are in trouble without reinforcements

I hadn't looked through and read the thread so it may already be mentioned. Miami is 3rd hottest team last 30games at 20-10.  2-2 vs Milw. Bad timing for facing them.

It was discussed in yesterday’s game thread before the game.

I expected tough games like the ones in Miami but didn’t expect the Marlins to outplay the Brewers so badly.

The way they have attacked the Brewers pitchers I’m not sure I want to see what they’ll do to Woodruff now that have seen him once and have a book on him that they didn’t have in his season debut.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Murphy using his kids in the post game pressers to avoid being asked tough questions is ridiculous.

Of course, I don't know if this is on purpose or not, but if it is, just stop it already.

Honestly, it's annoying he has those kids there in the first place.

It's ridiculous and should be called such

Well, at least the "we need a bat!!! we need TWO bats!!!!!" mantra doesn't apply tonight. Not saying I don't want the offense upgraded but the reason we lost tonite wasn't that we didn't score eight, it's because we gave up seven.

Eleven hits can usually lead to a win from this team but not tonight. I thought we chased too much, but it probably looked worse than it was in comparison because Miami was ridiculously good in their plate discipline, for the second game in a row. It was as if they hopped into a Delorean & had a future screen shot of every pitch 10 seconds before it was thrown, so they could look at the location & decide if they wanted to lay off.

RBI double notwithstanding, Turang needs to be better on both ends. Critical error & two flat out lousy ABs.

What this team can accomplish hasn't been changed one iota by the last two games. Oversimplification I guess, but PLAY BETTER.

It is, and none of us know what direction the team is looking in AFA trade talks, but we know Vaughn will get his ABs to state a case until/if there's a deal cuz' at 1B, he's it.

I've never been good at calling deals before they happen but right now I'm thinking O'Hearn.

As enjoyable as this season has been, if this team can’t win the division, you can just see the writing on the wall for Wild Card. Lose 3 game series. Rinse. Repeat in 2026.

If the Brewers were an NFL team, they’d be the Minnesota Vikings.

I thought it was funny how BA and Rock were talking about how disciplined the Marlins were.  Fill the zone and give them some backwards K's.  Peralta and Quintana picking at the corners and couldn't get the Marlins to chase.  Wait... Peralta had one of his "wild" games.

Bounce back tomorrow, boys...
