I'm in the top of the 7th in the T-Rats game. God bless Minor League scorers. Two errors on the T-Rats?! TWO?! Please. That's a charitable line right there. God bless.

Man, Made flashed some serious leather up the middle in the 7th. What a play. He is such a gifted shortstop. My goodness. Thankfully, Diaz didn't drop the bounce! LOL. Tonight, you never know.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...Adamczewski is just a ridiculously good baseball player.

You are not lying. Not even a tiny bit.

He is literally only limited, and I do mean only, by his current DH/2B narrative. I would absolutely love it if he could add just a touch more on the throws. There's a reason the Brewers haven't moved him elsewhere as of yet and it likely has to do with the arm. But, man alive, he is such an incredible hitter. I've meant it when I've said it all season long: he just may be the best pure hitter in the entire system. And, yes, the entire system.

Castillo is truly having a nightmare of a season. He started in an awful slump at the plate. He got injured. He returned and he still isn't hitting anything. He's continuing to strike out at a high clip. And, he's already extremely limited as a defender. This is not a good trend.

Man, Ibarra just absolutely mowed down Castillo, Nicasia, and Made in the bottom of the 7th. That was absurdly impressive. Ripping 98 mph of heat? That was dominance.

Huge K by Broca to end the 7th. He was touching 94 mph late in that frame. That's huge for him. Wow.

I have to admit I have been sleeping on Broca (well the TRats for a month or two now).

Is this velocity real - solid lefty reliever and spot starter material

Yes I was impressed by his outing.  Movement and velocity. Dominant.

You love to see Garrett Spain have a night like this. 2 HR. 2 BB. He is such an underrated defender in RF with an absolute cannon. Good speed. Covers a lot of ground. Clearly gives max effort every night. He is prone to the swing and miss - especially off-speed below the zone. But, he brings real value to the Shuckers line up. Extremely happy for him.

If he can get up to that 94-95 mph zone with regularity? Absolutely. He has a really really good hook. He also has an underrated change-up. You give him that type of action on the heater and we are talking about a guy who is going to be heading to Double-A in 2026. He's been a huge bright spot on a team needing them.

The shuckers season turn around coincided with his demotion to join them. He has not been as productive as his first few weeks but yes he can be a spark plug and has solid defense. Not to mention some slick moves at the plate 😀

Man, I was really hoping for the Pratt walk-off...and I got it! Wow. That was a heck of a piece of hitting. That was not an easy pitch to get any type of contact on. That was at his ankles. A 59 mph Restituyo single to RF? A 70 mph RBI single walk-off up the middle? Absolutely a Brewers special.

Wow. A 4-0 Sloppy sweep in the evening. Baseball is so weird. LOL.

Also, do the Brewers have the best position player pitching in the entire MLB?!? We go from Babe Bauers, to Babe Kahle, to Babe Seigler. These men never sleep!

Man, that's a classic Wisconsin road. Patched together by beads of asphalt caulking. LOL. I do not miss that one bit. In my old trucks that type of drive feels like I'm on volcanic rock. 😅

Did not realize how miserable the parking operation at Appleton is.

Just want to put it out there but I love your name. RC Cola is (or at least used to be, haven't had it in a while) the best cola out there

Seriously. We are in August AND the Shuckers CF camera is still a relative disaster. EArly in the season it was completely out of alignment. Everything was tilted down to the right. Now? It's a complete smudefest. All the chalk - anything white - is smudged and jumping off the screen. Utterly annoying. Every year it is something down at Keesler Federal Park.

Someday I dream of Biloxi and Carolina (hopefully moving a nice new stadium in Wilson helps) can get their broadcasts to the quality of Nashville and Wisconsin. Wisconsin seriously has one of the best broadcasts in all of minor league baseball.
