Game 4: Packers @ Cowboys - Sunday, Sept 28 7:20 PM

I'm willing to just blame the offensive line for the blocked kicks.  Not like they've shown themselves capable of blocking in any other part of the game.

Remember what Yoda said:

"Cubs lead to Cardinals. Cardinals lead to dislike. Dislike leads to hate. Hate leads to constipation."

How long does Bisaccia last?  Wasn't he a great ST coach brought in to make our ST better???

No, he wasn't. Everyone thinks he is because he had inexplicable success as an interim head coach.

Well, it wasn't like we expected Bisaccia to be out there himself... but he is responsible for have his team know to adjust to different blocking fronts for 0.5 seconds it takes to block a PAT.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Trivia question for tonight. When was the last time a blocked extra point was returned for two points in the NFL?

About the last time we had a good ST coach...

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Golden suddenly channeling Dwight Freeney?

Not sure about regular season but it just happened in an AFC playoff game back in January, I think Broncos and Chargers.

Sooner than I thought... thanks chatGPT: January 11, 2025, when Houston’s D’Angelo Ross returned a blocked PAT for 2 points in a Wild Card playoff against the Chargers

For regular season: September 29, 2024, when the Eagles’ Kelee Ringo returned a blocked PAT for 2 points against the Buccaneers.

“What should we do, Matt?”

”I dunno just chuck it deep in the direction of someone.”

He hasn't been terrible tonight, but that certainly seems to be his modus operandi far too often.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Going to get in trouble for saying this on this board, but Parsons hasn’t had any impact at all on this game so far.

That has 100% to do with the cowboy game plan so far.  So he has had an impact, actually.

Throw in offensive line penalties, special teams garbage and MLF play calling and you have another close game against a bad team.
