Brewers should start bunting. Make Schlittler field his position.

Hamilton only bunts when people are on base, apparently.

Is the lack of power just mostly from not having Chourio and Vaughn and Yelich most of the year?

The Yankees having 60 something HRs to our 20 something is kind of crazy.

I realize Schlittler is really good but there have been some awful at bats tonight. I don't care the lefties are supposed to have an advantage when your lefties all suck.

I don't care about the splits. Vaughn should be in the lineup if he's healthy.

Who honestly had this take? It seemed like the common sentiment on Mitchell was that he has a massive cold zone at the top of the zone that is easily exploitable. When he's not hitting (or sometimes even offering) pitches in his hot zone, he's going to struggle. That's what we're seeing.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of saying Mitchell and Frelick need to pick it up a bit and the statheads here went into detail explaining that he is 112 ops plus so he's 12 percent better than average guy and he's awesome and he's a building block. I didn't think it was a shocking statement. He's been blah.

Frelick puts together 7 pitches of a really good AB only to swing at a pitch a foot out of the strike zone on pitch 8 and pop up pitch 9.

Nothing like the excited feeling of getting a base runner only for the come down of realizing Rengifo and Hamilton are next up.

These umps.  That pitch clock violation was called by the hitter earlier.  Ump shrugged and called it when he asked for it.  I don't think it's getting overturned but that's a ridiculous decision to not allow the challenge.  I thought we were done with this ump show stuff.

I'll take Ortiz's defense and the tiny chance of him randomly running into one over Hamilton getting himself down in the count all the time by trying and failing horribly to bunt.

I'm so tired of watching Hamilton (and Ortiz) bat. There's almost zero hope.

I guess you can add Rengifo to that list, too. But they're lefties in against the righty!
