Honestly think he was upset because the hitter got into the box so early (which Cabellero is very fastidious about not doing until the literal last second), which allowed Uribe to stand there on the rubber for 10 seconds, freezing Cabellero.

BTW, hat tip to the TV broadcast.  Switching to the camera behind 1B so we could see both Cabellero and Uribe was pretty entertaining and an excellent way to cover the game situation.
