About a week ago he had some good contact.  7 hits in 3 games against the Yankees and Padres.  Hit one 106.7 EV against the Yankees on May 10th.  I think that's the best EV he's had although he had some hits against the Padres that had EVs in the 90's.  Hit one well last night too but ran into the out at 2B.

I can't tell if Hamilton bunting every AB is hilarious, pathetic, or impressive. I would go: 50% hilarious, 40% impressive, and 10% pathetic.

The Hamilton thing is interesting because the Brewers asked for him in the trade. Hollowed out the infield depth to get him. Murphy went out of his way to hype him up. They usually don't miss this badly on a guy but he's basically a useless player aside from pinch running.

Hope he doesn't.  They pretty clearly told him to bunt more, and are probably calling the bunt from the dugout at times.  When he goes down in a week or two he needs to swing away in Nashville.  It needs to be part of his game not all of it.  He's got a shot of coming back as a utility/pinch runner guy but if he wants to be more than that he's got to swing the bat at some point.

Oh I meant Vaughn for Mitchell and then Bauers moving out to left. But keeping the defense as is makes more sense.
