Ortiz should probably come in for Hamilton now, or at least PH for him next inning.  If Murphy isn't going to use Vaughn to optimize his defense than Ortiz should be on the field to finish the game.

Unless something is going unreported on Mis (like cramping again) I don't like pulling him here to go to the pen for 3 innings.  Mis did look at the mound a few times after pitches.

When he was up and moving in the dugout during the top of the 7th he was laughing and smiling.  I don't think he's upset, even if I'm a little annoyed. lol

I was surprised to see Mis out, but I understand. It is still a May game. He's had trouble in these later innings before. You have a really rested bullpen. Save the guy some pitches and a few ups, as long as you trust what's coming behind him.
