I don't think he was saying anything other than a fact.  He pitched a perfect game, which is pretty neat to have a guy in our organization do.

LOL ... it was pretty well-covered at the time, and I was fully aware. And I agree it was a fun story for an organizational solider type like Pannone to defy the odds and throw a perfect game.

That said, I don't think he needs you to defend him.
