Starting in 2018,  I count 15 Brewers playoff wins, including 4 this year. That isn’t a lot to go around compared to teams that have made multiple trips to the World Series.

Right, but part of that is the lack of success. If our aces had pitched well, we win more games.

Looking back, both Woodruff and Peralta were pretty uninspiring performers. Burnes actually had a few gems the offense let him down. Once 8 inning with one run given up…got hit with the loss.

Hamilton in for Ortiz is interesting in that it flies in the face of the defense-first mantra, not that Hamilton is lacking there but Ortiz has been better over the long haul. This looks to be a case of putting someone in who is more likely to 'bother' Yamamoto--with contact, with long ABs, maybe with the bunt.

I took 3 of my daughters to Six Flags today.

They all decided to leave at 2:30 so we could be home at game-time.

It took some creative driving but we pulled in the driveway at 3:56.

One of the three proudest days of my life.

Guys, Ken Rosenthal said it's been really hard for Dave Roberts to put together a lineup. Shed a tear for him and his Hall of Famers and All Stars.

Joey hasn't looke great all post season.  Putting in the LHB against Yamamama seems like a no-brainer.  Joey can come in later for D if necessary

These pre-game guys suck butt!

Papi still talks like his mouth is full of marbles, even after all these years...  However, he's picking the Brewers tonight!  lol

Of course A-ROID is picking the Dodgers...

Jeter follows suit...

Listening to these talking heads you can tell they just don't know what to do with the Brewers.  They all played in the steroid era of "chicks dig the long ball" and they just can't fathom how they are winning.

The stadium is just rocking!

Front Row Amy displaying her assets per usual.  Looking a bit like Yoko Ono today...

Of course since Yamamoto is the best pitcher in the league...

I'm sure there is one, but I don't remember our pitchers really getting shelled in recent playoff memory. I have a lot of painful low-scoring memories and some blown saves but not much in the way of starts that just went terribly wrong. Marcum, Gallardo, etc. but not so much recently.

I wouldn't have done this.  Joey's defense is just too elite to have on the bench.

Prove me wrong Pancakes!  Please prove me wrong!

Walk-WP-Sac fly... Henderson is a bit tight.
