Victor should've never been out there to start this inning.

Schroeder keeps talking about the dribbler that Biggio hit. Bill, no way does that DP get turned. No way. Biggio is still too fast. And that ball wasn't hit hard.

JJ Hardy?

Um, wouldn't he be better used as a defensive replacement later (if we can get close), rather than a pinch hitter?

Ned has money on this game. No doubt.

I agree that Dana is being used exactly how he needs to be used right now... If we absolutely need ONE spot start, Dana could be considered for it...

Sorry to harp on this, but it didn't matter how many outs there were when Houston scored those runs. There would have been two outs instead of one. Big deal.

Your other options are Hart or Moeller there. I think JJ was clearly the right choice.

Ned-- Shut UP!!!! If it worked so great then-- you should have left Davis in the game Friday night. You are like a far- in the wind. What ever is best at the time.

What are we saving our guys for?? We're already down 7.

No excuse for Santos starting the 4th inning. Too bad Miller didn't reach in the top of the 4th. Though, being as "smart" as he is, Yost would have let Santos bat for himself with the bases loaded and 2 out.

Rick Helling looked awful. HBP to bring in a run? Gets 2 outs after he lets 2 runs score. Why didn't yost bring in Lehr.

Why is Chris M still on this team? He sucks defensively, and all he does is ground into double plays.

Lehr looked really good in the 5th, nice movement on his pitches. Maybe he'll still turn into the serviceable reliever we thought we were getting when the trade went down. I hope they bring him back out next inning, since it should be a nice confidence boost for him to work a couple innings when his stuff is working this well.

yeah Shampoo... I'm irritated about that. Pettitte has been somewhat errattic today. No excuse for not laying off ATLEAST the first two pitches. Worst case, the count is 1-1, and we get to the Stros pen by the 7th....

The problem I have is that we had momentum after we scored those two runs in the fourth. Then the vampire trots back out there. All that momentum is gone. 6 hitters the last two innings.

Those two runs the Astros scored in the fourth really took the wind out of the sails.

I know alot of people are frustrated right now but still even if we lose this game (which it looks like we will) we will have had a 4-3 road trip.
