How does Weeks not score from first on a double by Lee? Was there no chance. I thought Weeks was a flying machine.

Was it just me, or was Santana throwing 95-100% fastballs the last two or so innings?

 

No changeups or sliders to be found for some reason...

Alright knock Santana out so let's give him the L. Earlier this year didn't Yost make reference that they needed to be aggressive vs Minne pitching since they don't walk anybody. I wonder if that was a change in game plan tonight. 98 pitches and Santana is out in the 6th!

I haven't seen anyone mention this yet but Powell was giving BF.net props during the 4th inning I think. He mentioned the Fanfest and how he wanted to stop by, and then went on to compliment the minor league link reports. He later said that the people at BF.net were some of the smartest fans around and that this was one of the sites he makes sure to check every day.

 

Just thought I'd mention that.

Wow... talk about attitude. Prince came to the plate, and he looked like he knew he was going to destroy the first pitch, and made me at home know that he was going to destroy that pitch.
