Such an all-or-nothing day. I would put my hatred of the Cubs (mostly their idiot fans tbh) up against anyone's. I was a nervous wreck, but still confident. My greatest day as a Brewer fan since game 5 of the ALCS in 1982.
Their pen was always terrible. I remember having arguments on here with people before the season. Well they are missing Strop and Morrow. Like missing Morrow wasn't 100% predictable.
Is there a name for leading the league in those 4 categories? Has it ever happened before? Ted Williams did it in both of his triple crown seasons. Likely others as well I checked on Saturday. About half of the TC winners led their league in runs.
I don't know, but Reddit MLB Streams if this fails you. Can't thank you enough. I have cable TV in my office, which I almost never use. Flipped the game on at noon.............cable's out. Got it online now. Thanks again!!!
Simple. The winner of tomrrow's game (the winner of the losers) vs the winner of the Brewers game. And the winner of the Dodgers game against the Braves. Simple. haha.
So your friend is a moron. Baseball-wise at a minimum. I’ve seen it all over my feed tonight , they are trolling Brewers fans. Even after I’m sure many of us tipped our caps when they won it all. They just seem to be genuinely sad people. And scared. I love being where we are right now. It’s exciting to be the hot team at the end for once. Yes to all. I'm fortunate enough to have exactly 3 Cub fan friends.
Yeah, if it's: 1) Milwaukee v 4) St. Louis and 2)Atlanta v 3) Colorado I'm going to very disappointed if they don't win the NL. Dodgers are easily the scariest team to me as well.
I knew when they acquired him they god a very good player. The first half really played out similar to his career numbers. The second half is more than I think anyone could have reasonably expected. My favorite Yelich moment of the season was when he and Braun went back to back to walk off the Cardinals. My favorite game of the whole season (so far).
Yeah, that 2011 team wasn't the best team in the NL, but they were certainly contenders. I think the Cardinals were better and probably the Phillies as well. Definitely a top 5 Brewer team ever though.
