  1. Just completed mine. This time, tried really hard to start fresh, without bias of existing lists. Ended up with Peralta #1, just because I believe of all pitchers in the system, he has the highest ceiling and high enough floor. Nest four were pitchers too. I believe Burnes, Woodruff, and Ortiz all have very high floors and will stick as starting pitchers. Are they #2 types... #4? I don't know, and don't care much as those labels don't mean much and are fluid year to year. All I know is those 3 guys are true starting pitchers. Hader made it as my #5, since his role down the road is still somewhat up in the air. What I noticed this time around was that it was difficult calling very many guys a Top 10 prospect. But 20-80 is loaded.
  2. 1) Freddy Peralta 2) Corbin Burnes 3) Brandon Woodruff 4) Luis Ortiz 5) Josh Hader 6) Brett Phillips 7) Lewis Brinson 8) Keston Hiura 9) Monte Harrison 10) Tristen Lutz 11) Mauricio Dubon 12) Trent Clark 13) Isan Diaz 14) Jake Gatewood 15) Lucas Erceg 16) Troy Stokes Jr 17) Corey Ray 18) Phil Bickford 19) Trey Supak 20) Aaron Wilkerson 21) Carlos Herrera 22) Mario Feliciano 23) Jordan Yamamoto 24) KJ Harrison 25) Cody Ponce
  3. Why do you think emotion is involved? When it becomes obvious to Stearns a reliever stinks, they get replaced. Other huge part of it is managing guys who have options vs those who don't. I don't see how any emotion is involved with any of that. And no, I could care less about roster stability- especially now. They are rebuilding, and that means taking a look at a lot of players.
  4. Adding a bat will hurt the morale of the team. Remember back when everyone was clamoring for a SP like Quintana or Gray? Well, they didn't pull the trigger and the Brewers SP have responded, and have been lights out. Seems like that vote of confidence did wonders. Now everyone wants a bat. Well, maybe if Stearns tells the team he trusts in his guys, they will respond also.
  5. If you have a bad day at work, do you try to put that aside when tou go home? I hope so. With that said, I have never understood how nfl players can lose a game and 10 seconds later go have a laugh with opposing players. Thats always been weird to me.
  6. Exactly, he's in the rotation until he proves otherwise. Has options left so pretty good guy to have around the next couple years.
  7. Gilbert. They have a great bbq place down there.
  8. Great thing, offense will come alive again right around the stretch run. Perfect time for a throw back 1.200 month from Braun
  9. I had an Alvarado once. Dang thing was in the shop constantly
  10. Swarzak just set mlb record for number of f bombs in 10 seconds.
  11. Over thinking? 2 out nobody on, why not let Hader finish the inning
  12. If I need money, that last person I'm calling is Gruber. Secondary commercials would be Carsoup, Menards, and Tubbie from the Dells. The "let's go back" lady from ho chunk bothers me. A lot.
  13. I will use nothing but this IGT to follow the 9th inning, an experiment
