  1. This is a blast listening to the 3 of them together, I sense a lot of stuff going on that cant be shared too.
  2. Meh. Roy Hobbs is more Valuable than him. Dude had a lightning powered bat, case closed.
  3. FWIW, Yelich love is growing. Bleacher Report has him as the favorite, 2/1 odds. Baez is 3/1.
  4. Watch, they'll have Gio pitch to Carpenter then bring in Anderson or Woodruff. I highly doubt it, but it wouldn't shock me either.
  5. There is a big part of me that likes having the Rockies keep winning having us keep the pedal to the metal. I think the team relaxes just a little bit once they clinch the wild card, I like having that little bit of doubt in making the playoffs that is helping us keep our edge. Plus, they're only 1.5 games away from winning the division and having HF throughout NL playoffs. So even if they have essentially clinched the WC, they have plenty to play for.
  6. I just saw ratings for the Sunday night game were up 18% over last year, and it wasn't even a good game. Maybe an isolated up-tick, but despite all of us complaining most of us will still watch.
  7. Scorpion bite, dangerous shower, pick up basketball game....lots of strange injuries in Brewers lore.
  8. If you understand addiction it is very reasonable. Plus, could be something performance enhancing which is tested of course. I'll be positive though and say it's the flu.
  9. Don’t think he would’ve been there this morning then. I hate speculating, so I don't want to expand. Really don't. But it could be he came in to tell CC what's going on. Could be he was tested, appealed, and heard back today. Man I hate having to say it, but it is possible. He only pitch what one inning in 9 days or something? And he sure didnt look injured.
  10. Theres a couple other things it could be that I don't even want to think about let alone say.
  11. Hope it's not a personal issue with JJ. Or an injury, of course, but I didnt notice anything last time he pitched.
  12. Counsel is still irate. Say what you will, but he does not tolerate stupid baseball.
  13. He put the ball in play. That would have been a k for him or anyone else in the 10 seasons before this year.
  14. Equivalent to Babe Ruth years ago, older level of little league. Although we had a couple guys who were 23 years old because coach cooper wasn't much for checking ids.
