Which team has the better chance of beating the Cubs tomorrow? Rockies or Dodgers? Do not want to see the Cubs again until next season. -

This is the first deal of Stearns that I really don’t like. Seems awfully rich cost for 2 months of a guy with a .300 OBP to make our defense worse. I find it hard to believe that that package couldn’t get us Dozier. I don’t see this ending well.

For the cost, give me Dozier every day over Merrifield. I’m guessing we could get him for a back end top 30 guy that would potentially be a rule 5 casualty in the offseason ala Ryan Cordell.
