    Corey was a good 1b in the minors and he has good range for the position plus he's 6'5"...he's richie sexson and I think he'd be an above average defender there...

    preface: I hope carlos is ok seriously, by taking out the Ruthian-Carlos Gomez, all the cubs did was increase the chances that someone who can actually hit major league pitching is playing against them... in other words, not on purpose.. also, weeks stands on the plate...it's amazing he doesn't get hit 50 times a year...likewise, prince is the biggest player in baseball and he can't move when a ball is near him but it would be fun to see him punch out carlos marmol, so i'm all about a brawl tonight

    eckathorn is clearly being fast tracked, so i'd guess we could see him next september...he looks on pace to open 2011 in AA, so he could be up even sooner...likewise jeffress... a crazy move would be someone like odorizzi...

    mcclendon was on the list before as was zarraga...who actually had a ton of buzz as a power hitter when he was first drafted...BA had him as the most intriguing power draftee from our draft class on e year

    Donovan tate has a .725 ops in rookie ball...he won't be starting for the pas before 2013...gwynn is terrible...their current outfield is definitely not holding up a trade

    Brett Lawrie is on pace to make the majors at 21(if not 20)...those that stick at 20 or 21 tend to be all-stars by the end run... sweet...scooter gennet, who i view as an infant in baseball terms, is just 4 months younger than lawrie easily the brewers top prospect at this point...probably since braun
