    I have gone to just about every home game and still saved tons of money. Scalpers know the market man, and the going is cheap right now.

    Too lazy to find it, but I did see that Uecker pledged to get a haircut and a body wax tomorrow in the hope of turning things around.... I regret that I did not think of this as an option earlier in the thread.

    I highly doubt that Darnell Coles in the problem. He is the same Darnell Coles that had success with Detroit last season and this is the same Brewers offense that sputtered through several months of 2014 under a different hitting coach. The problem is deeper and more systemic than anything else imho.

    Maybe we could have a fan vote and "sign a Brewers legend for the rest of the season contest." Fans can pick one former Brewer that they would like to see come back and play for the rest of 2015. I personally would think that having Scott Fletcher, Ed Romero or Jody Reed starting at 2b might be more productive and way more fun.

    No. This would be close to if the Brewers were to retire Geoff Jenkins' jersey. Then again Geoff Jenkins didn't start on four World Series Champion teams.

    I actually do think that a new logo will be in the offing in the next season or two. I doubt that it is just the old ball and glove either. That way they can make another killing in merchandise sales even if the team sucks. Why not just go back to the green and blue 90's logo if we are going to be rebuilding anyways? Would bring back great memories of Matt Mieske and Turner Ward for those of us that were fans in those amazing years.

    Since the entire Brewer nation seems to be venting right now, and for good reason, I will add that I am getting pretty dang sick of the whole calligraphy thing. Quit worrying about your fricking artwork and help to light a fire under your team's ass for a change.

    This season is anarchy already guys! Let's embrace it and see what kind of fun stories come out of it at least. As my formative (middle school, hs, and first year of college) years were spent surviving the Brewers baseball of the 90's and last year of County Stadium, I am quite sure I have developed survival strategies for how to withstand brutal baseball. Free PrinceFielderx1!!

    I do wonder if Ray Montgomery is being looked at as future GM material here within the organization right now. Despite the semantics, why do they hire Montgomery in what is an all-but-the-title lateral move?

    Can they just put movies on the jumbo tron during the game? I mean, I am sure that MLB mandates we play games still, but at least we could have a fun outdoor movie experience and good food to watch.

    Well, it has been awhile for this thread. On a rare positive note to the 2015 season, Braun's solo HR in the 9th last night has now placed him alone in second place on the Brewers all-time HR list at 231. He is now one up on Prince Fielder and is behind only Robin Yount who has 251.

    So I just got back from a restaurant where there was a tv but no volume. I saw that Hart seemed to get a pretty decent hand when he first came to the plate. Was that the case? Kind of curious the reaction to his first return to Milwaukee since leaving after 2013.

    I had mentioned PrinceFielderx1 as well. I want him to absolutely guarantee to me again this season that we are for sure going to be World Champions.

    And we are arguing about draft picks on April 11th?

    I don't think we need to rehash the entire argument, but I wouldn't trade 2011 for anything. Yes, we fell short. But it is also true that we had an absolutely legitimate chance to win the World Series for the first time ever in franchise history that year. That it didn't happen is disappointing. That the Cardinals got hot at the right time is infuriating. That we had the talent to do it in my opinion is also very legitimate. There is no way that happens without Prince and Corey that season, and for an organization that has four post-season showings in 45 years you need to take the shots you get.

    I was there on Monday as well and was very fortunate to sit in a section where people were not rude or out of control. The lines for the bathroom were awful however, and it was definitely nice to be back in the normalcy of Tuesday night instead of the chaos of Monday.

    Yeah, just saw that about Kranitz as well. Just basically said that pitchers didn't make pitches. Kind of called them out.
