    Andy is an Amy impersonator - you can google him for a photo, I'm sure. I have no problem with any of it. Amy definitely hasn't sought the attention she ended up getting. And for those that say she definitely loves the attention... how is that different than a lot of other women - or just people - in general? It's nice to get attention. Who cares? I find Andy mildly amusing, but neither he nor Amy annoy me in any way.

    Yeah, last night's game made me realize how horrible of a decision Gonzalez batting ahead of Gomez and Segura is. He should be in the 8 spot. He's the weakest hitter in the lineup.

    I would agree that the character development might be a little bit improved... but I'm not sure about that - as maybe I'm just invested due to the amount of time I've watched the show at this point. That finale was WEAK, in my opinion. Not much satisfaction after the entire second half of the season was basically building towards this standoff. I watched the entire second half all in a row over the past few days and it STILL felt like a lot of stalling to get to that fight between the two camps... which was incredibly anti-climactic... and I wasn't too upset at the major character death. She made a lot of terrible decisions leading up to that point.

    I have thought about getting back into collecting the last year or two, but I'm intimidated and don't even know what's out there anymore. For example, is it true that there is pretty much Topps and Bowman that make the officially licensed MLB cards at this point? I thought I read somewhere that there are no other companies anymore that can use the MLB logos and stuff. If so... is Bowman just prospects or do they make full team sets like Topps does? I'd like to try and figure out more about this stuff and maybe get back into it... but I would be more interested in buying packs than buying single cards...

    I do not believe Mat Gamel is out of the mix for sure. I could definitely see them bringing him back and giving him another shot at 1B along with Morris. I also just don't really believe they want to sign Corey Hart to an extension, despite what they've said recently regarding available funds. I think he'll get 3-4 years minimum and for one reason or another they just don't want to do that for the 12+ per year he's going to get in free agency.

    Based on the last few posts, it seems Peralta is almost certainly going to be in AAA until we need a 6th starter, then.

    I agree that the Wolf contract was worth it even with that third year.

    I'm not surprised about this at all given how unimpressive the young starters have been this spring. I too hope it's for no more than 2 years and 18-20 mil total.

    This is absolutely correct. Since 2007ish, the team hasn't been in a position to sell high on most of their valuable players. They needed their valuable players to contend.

    Got my Corey Hart email today. I picked Gallardo for my autographed ball, instead I get Corey Hart and he will not be there. Thanks Brewers. (I am ungrateful)

    I got my Fan's Choice ticket package in the mail this Saturday.

    I would rather play the "wait and see" game for pitchers. If you have them under team control for awhile and they're going to be cheap at first, I don't see the point of locking one up until you've seen some real consistency AND you are able to buy out at least a couple of free agent seasons.

    Would love to hear some The Show 13 reviews as you guys play it more. I liked 11 more than 12... so I am hesitant to pick up 13 until I hear more.

    I found an old link to an OnMilwaukee.com article today that noted Brian Anderson signed an extension through the 2013 season. Do you think this will be our final year with BA? I fear that it will. I think he is one of the best and I'm not the only one due to the fact that TBS employs him in the playoffs every year. I would not be surprised at all to see him leave for another market willing to pay him more after this season, but I really do hope I'm wrong.

    Thanks for the info about the signed ball, that'd kind of what I imagined would happen. I'm not a fan of the upgrade vouchers only because I pick almost all weekend games... and they're not good for weekend games.

    And the word is... tickets are being mailed out starting now and should all be sent within the next two weeks! As far as the early-pay-incentive goes, my rep said that there will be an event where you can go and receive your autographed baseball if that was the incentive you chose. Not sure if we get to meet the player briefly and have the ball signed personally or not, I can't remember what the packet said when I chose that incentive. Anyone still have it?

    Shouldn't we be getting our tickets soon via mail? Also, did you guys receive your incentive for paying for your tickets early? Or is that going to come with the initial ticket package? Still waiting to hear from my rep, will report back later.

    I am TRYING to buy tickets right now but they lied and said they went on sale at 9 AM today to season ticket holders... but it's not giving me the option. yet.

    I have to drive from Milwaukee to Madison tonight for a show. Not looking forward to that. It's coming down sideways in Franklin, meanwhile my ladyfriend says it isn't even snowing in Menomonee Falls.

    They're on Stubhub... yet I don't think they're available for sale yet through the Brewers. I remember buying tickets to these two years ago through my ticket rep. haven't heard anything yet. Anyone know when they go on sale?
