  1. UGH! Robert can't stay on the field. Just can't. I can't see that changing in the future, guy is fragile. Not a chance in hell I'm including Boeve in any deal for Robert. I view Robert as completely over-rated, add his injury history to the package and I'm simply not interested. I'd much rather trade the farm for starting pitching than a guy who will be hitting the IL constantly.
  2. If that would get Crochet, I'd jump at that deal! I no longer believe in Wiemer, Black would hurt me though... Dunn, buh bye!
  3. I would do #2 so fast it would make your head spin. I ignore any offer where we add Wilken. We need to keep that guy to solve our 3B issues. Next year with Wilken at 3B, Turang at SS, and Ortiz at 2B is an infield we can keep together for a long time. #3 is intriguing, but again, including Wilken gives me heartburn.
  4. I wonder why? Catchers need days off, it's as simple as that.
  5. I agree with this. Seems the move to lead-off has gotten in his head a bit. Maybe not, but I think his issues started at the time he was moved to that position.
  6. Yet we still keep running him out there in those situations. :(
  7. Totally agree, love watching this kid! I do question his hitting at the high levels and MLB level due to all the stuff he has going on with his stance, his timing, and his swing. Just watch him, every pitch he is ultra busy keeping all that movement in check.
  8. ...and how much they are willing to give up to get one. Scary.
  9. What is it about Luzardo that makes people think he is more than a #4 pitcher? Yes, he would step into our #2, but on a good starting rotation, he is #4 at best. Dude just never produces the numbers everyone expects, yet he is still coveted.
  10. Luzardo is over-rated. No way I give the farm away for a guy who is always hyped, but doesn't follow through on his hypeness.
  11. I bet Freddy really appreciates the line-up today. Sheeeeesh.
  12. Wow, only 2 starts at A+ Appleton? Glad I saw him pitch last night, but was hoping for another time this coming week.
  13. Comish has nothing to do with it, it's all on the Player's Union. They are the ones that won't allow the cap.
  14. The "broadcaster conversation" is boring. Just a bunch of guys stroking each other's egos. zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
  15. I don't know about several wins, but it surely cost us something...
  16. Get out of town with that nonsense.
  17. I'm starting Crochet on one of my fantasy teams, so we should be fine today! lol
  18. POURING IT ON always feels great!
  19. Sal = the master of the bloopers to the outfield.
  20. Better check your sources, that isn't what he said.
  21. Hard to believe the media would get things twisted around...
  22. Marlins have already said that Luzardo is fair game!
