  1. He was just playing with the T-Rats... Is he no longer going to be on the T-Rats roster? So he was basically rehabbing with the T-Rats?
  2. Yeah, I just don't see Murphy going against the grain with the playoff rotation. Freddy will get game 1, Woodruff game 2, and Priester game 3. This is all opinion mind you. I'm not sure he will want the Miz to start a playoff game just yet, and might just piggyback him with Peralta, knowing full well that 5 inning Freddy will get us 5 innings... Who knows what the rotation will even look like by then.
  3. Screw the Cardinals...
  4. I'm happy to admit I was wrong, really wrong about this trade. ☠️💀💩
  5. Strider? 2025 Cy Young? Ummmm...
  6. I don't believe this "injury" was ever bad enough to sideline Miz. I think it comes down to the perfect opportunity to limit his innings, while giving him a rest.
  7. An absolute classic! (not just the turkeys episode, the whole damn series!)
  8. Sal Frelick (knee) remains out of the lineup for Monday’s series opener against Atlanta. Frelick will sit out his second straight game after exiting Saturday’s contest against the Nationals with left knee soreness. It doesn’t appear to be a significant concern since he hasn’t been placed on the injured list after a couple days. It’ll be rookie Brandon Lockridge taking over in right field once again on Monday evening. Source: MLB.com
  9. My gosh, finally some reinforcements for the T-Rats. Was at Friday's and today's game, and that line-up is putrid, it's even worse than that, I'm being polite.
  10. Too early to tell imo. So far, LOVE him, but there is plenty of time to revert to the Andrew Vaughn the White Sox thought they were trading.
  11. Nice comeback. lol BUSTED!
  12. Oh crap, totally forgot that...Ok then.
  13. Anyone have the latest news on Dinges? Is this a season ending injury? Will he be back this year?
  14. Are any of them currently playing well enough to move them up? Something has to give though. I doubt the T-Rats will be left with this putrid line-up the rest of the season.
  15. Burke just got called up to AA, so wondering if Adams gets the bump to AAA?
  16. Seems logical. T-Rats line-up at the moment is pretty bad. Take out Jadher, and now Burke and there isn't anything there to be too excited about. Eduardo Garcia is having a nice year, but that really is it. Was hoping we'd start getting an infusion of hitters from Carolina after the deadline settled...
  17. Same... Didn't like it either, but here we are... :)
  18. ghostdrew, I notice you like giving people the thumbs down on posts, but never say why you disagree? Going by your last thumbs down, you like the Cortes trade? You think we got fair market value? You like the Padres OF we got in return and think he will help us out? Man up and back up all those thumbs down reactions you seem to be so fond of.
  19. It's gross that we are going to be playing the Padre outfielder (I have already forgotten his name) as Chourio hits the IL. I still can absolutely not believe that Cortes wasn't worth more than this guy, plus we had to add Quintana to the deal to even get it done. Just gross.
  20. meh Seems a bit premature since we already had an established thread going with decent conversation. Whatever.
  21. Posting this because his name was tossed around here for a while: The Astros are acquiring infielder Ramón Urías from the Orioles, according to The New York Post’s Jon Heyman Urías makes a ton of sense for Houston as a temporary stopgap solution at the hot corner with Isaac Paredes (hamstring) appearing likely to miss the remainder of the regular season. The 31-year-old infielder is hitting .248/.300/.388 with eight homers, 34 RBI and two steals in 290 plate appearances over 77 games this season for the Orioles. Source: Jon Heyman
  22. Geez, we can't even discuss it after the fact?
  23. We're fans, of course we are disappointed, but it isn't going to kill us. Keep winning, and everything will take care of itself.
