  1. I've never said that before, but I'll let you win this one. I'm bored.
  2. Then DFA Yelich? We can't have 2 guys that can only DH, and we all know how Murphy feels about Yelich.
  3. I think Sproat is an awful lot like Peralta, Always give up early inning runs, then get that high pitch count, and HOPE he gets through 5 innings.
  4. Great, give Murphy another choice to mess around with and screw things up. Joey is the hot hand, PLAY HIM! Don't mess with what is working.
  5. If that is all they want him for, then he better cost peanuts. We already have guys for the backend of the rotation that can go 5 innings per start. Go ahead, bring him back, but DO NOT give up any top prospects, NONE!
  6. Question is, will they let him go 5 Sunday if he is still starting that game.
  7. Impossible! Yelich is our leadoff hitter, period.
  8. They have no playoff chances, and Freddy is gone at the deadline, so they don't care if they abuse his arm...
  9. I'm sure this one really bothers Freddy, I feel for him, but I'm a Brewers fan first! I wouldn't mind dropping another 3 or 4 runs on him...
  10. I just have a really hard time accepting less than our best. Some of the things we do could easily be improved, but I think Murphy and the front office like to do what you do, kick back, relax and enjoy, even though there are improvements that can be made on a daily basis that would promote even more success.
  11. It sure looks like it's Fischer though to me... But I do agree, I hope it's Made as well.
  12. So help the slow guys, you are saying that you agree with Yelich leading off, even though he has pretty much sucked in doing so? Because our record is better with him at lead-off, he has done his job, and we should just quit complaining? We couldn't do better with someone else hitting in that position?
  13. Well, even if that were true, (technically it isn't) can't we shoot for better than just another guy who can't go more than 5 innings? Just because he is Freddy Peralta, former Brewer, doesn't mean there isn't a better option out there. I mean, if we didn't have history with him, would anyone look at his 2026 season and think he is the guy we should go out and get? I'm saying no.
  14. I don't need to mislead to make my point, his numbers and starts do that for me. Anyone can look at what I typed, it isn't misleading at all. It's factual.
  15. It no longer matters, there is no rhyme or reason as to when he sees the line-up, so it makes no sense to even bother trying to figure it out. Pat Murphy logic dictates his playing time, so trying to figure it out is futile. I gave up.
  16. I'd like to complain about someone BEING in the line-up way too often, and way to high, as in lead-off. :) Why has Lara only started 1 of the games since the break?
  17. If those guys are injured come playoff time, Michael Wacha is not going to help us get to the world series. At that point, we are just screwed.
  18. Yelich leading off - of course Lara nowhere to be found.
