So as of now we are looking at a bottom of the order, 6-9, as this: 6. Shaw 7. Pina 8. Arcia 9. Pitcher UUGGGHHH! And that is not taking into account that we don't have a 1B to speak of yet. CF Cain RF Yelich 2B Hiura 1B ? (Braun) LF Braun (Grisham) 3B Shaw C Pina SS Arcia P Pitcher THAT is UGLY! I can't even come up with a fake line-up, just bad. There needs to be something on the horizon, or offensively, this team is going to blow! -
I've been binge watching all the seasons of That 70's Show the past couple months. LOVE the show, but the last season without Eric and Kelso blew butt!

Finally finishing up the last season of HOUSE of CARDS. Not very impressive 5 episodes in. I feel like this series is going out with a wimper. The Spacey situation really ruined the series imo.

My guess is he is their primary catcher for at least 2 years, and nothing I have seen says he can't be just that for 3... If he is part time catching in year 4, along with DHing, this is still a decent deal for the Sox.

Can someone explain the Wisconsin shaped one with the bricks in the middle? I feel like I am missing something. Are the bricks supposed to be cheese? That is the one logo that I think is questionable, it just looks awkward. Like the jerseys, but not the blue one. I'd rather they kept the original BiG logo and changed the colors, but like others have said, I'll get used to it.

100% agree with the last two posters. I liked the 10 day DL, and find it hard to believe that they are taking it away so soon.

Ok, I get what you guys are saying about Shaw, however, the possibility is just as real that he has just turned into a crap player, as it is he will rebound. I do not want to go into the season counting on a rebound. My feeling is he would have an EXTRA long leash, and by the time it is figured out that he sucks as bad as last year, the damage will already be done. EVERY game counts, as we have found out the past two seasons. We can't afford to gamble on Travis Shaw being 2018 Travis Shaw, when we all witnessed what 2019 Travis Shaw looks like. Especially if we go into the season with no Grandal, no Moose, Arcia at SS and some reclamation project at 1B.

If they fool around and wait too long though, they may lose their chance at signing one/both. I have no doubt that we are in constant contact with both Moose and Grandal, but at some point, one/both are going to get an offer from another team... I have to think that both players really like it in Milwaukee, or at least, like the organization and teamates, however, in today's big money world, I doubt that holds much water when making final decisions.

No way Disney holds that price longer than 2 years. I'd guess you will see $9.99 in 2021. Prices start out low, and once people buy in, they go up. Disney is a money sucker, they will raise that price sooner rather than later.

You can't sign a player to a high dollar and long contract with the hopes of trading him when he is no longer valuable. Doesn't happen, won't happen. See Ryan Braun for example. My guess is that he has been shopped with no takers the past couple of years. Healy, Healy, Healy... No way do I want this guy anywhere near our roster. He just isn't good. In fact, he is bad at baseball.
