  1. I doubt a guy like him feels any kind of shame or embarrassment... If he did, he would never show his face here again, but we all know that isn't going to happen.
  2. I hope Gomez is gone next year, and I don't want him anyplace near the clean-up spot... As far as Braun hitting lead-off? We won't know what kind of player he will be next year with a full off-season to try and heal, but if next year is like this one, I'm all for his reinvention.
  3. Is Gorzelanny still on the team?
  4. I'll watch... I hate the thought of baseball season coming to an end, so I will get my fill until the last pitch of the season... I figure bad, horrible, pathetic baseball is better than no baseball at all.
  5. Harper had a very disappointing season, but I'd take him for Gomez in a heartbeat!
  6. I applaud your positive attitude...
  7. Nope, typical Brewers bobbles...BDA
  8. Photos of the Hank bobbles, regular and marathon versions. Personally, I think they suck. They also look stupid in the collection as nothing else looks anything like them. Cute little puppies don't belong in manly bobblehead collections. http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n136/turborickey/ebaysales006_zpse5e5d8d5.jpg http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n136/turborickey/ebaysales007_zpsa9a82500.jpg
  9. THIS! If we can get a ton of prospects for him because other teams don't know he sucks as bad as we do, I say we move him........ASAP!
  10. If that is anyone on the Brewers roster at 3B, that is a double play. That was great head's up base running there...
  11. I find it disgusting that McCutchen can stand up there and KNOW for 100% certain he isn't going to get anything inside... Imagine if he got hit for the 3rd time tonight? I say go inside and see what happens... EDIT: Nothing but outside, and low stuff the entire at bat. No guts on this team, none.
  12. Ok, then Clark STILL gives us the best shot at winning, regardless of the situation... EDIT: And with that, Kintzler enters the game, winning seems impossible now...
  13. Tulo can't stay on the field for a full season, he is a walking injury... Any team that mortgages their entire future has a severe risk of being burnt.........crispy.
  14. My point is not to play the guy who is the best out of what we have, but to play the guy that we may have to take a look at for 1B next year. Play the young guy from now on, get some kind of feeling as to whether or not he can help us next year or not. Playing the guy with the best shot to help us win? That ship has sailed...
  15. Jeffy doesn't look like he has it tonight... Why not get him out BEFORE any damage is done?
  16. I don't get it. Your offense is doing nothing. We know what Overbay brings. He's a bench guy. You need a spark. Matt Clark is the only one offering anything resembling power this month. He starts to look like he might be able to bring something to the table. And so then....you go back to Reynolds and Overbay? Trying to figure out our managers decisions is futile... There is NO reason to play Overbay or Reynolds the reminder of the season, NONE! Yet that is what we are doing. Now is the time to see Clark, every day for the rest of the year. Why not see what we have in him? So frustrating.
  17. same here... I can't help myself.
  18. My biggest concern is that if RRR is back (who are we kidding, he WILL be back) Reynolds will also be back, and will have the same role on this team that he had this year. That would be sad.
  19. http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n136/turborickey/31225001969441c75bd0a0ff5fa8fc19891.gif
  20. Just stand there Ron, just stand there and look puzzled.
  21. Reynolds should still be in a time-out from that debacle last night, but the Brewer way is to close your eyes and pretend that he is an asset to this line-up.
  22. ...and the worst thing is, he doesn't learn from his mistakes, he does them over and over and over again. Coaching staff must be fine with it though.
  23. Bottom line to me is this. Why pull Lohse with 88 pitches? That is when the crap hit the fan. Why tinker with a guy throwing a shutout for 7 innings that has only thrown 88 pitches, has one out, and a guy on 1B with a 2 run lead? Just another very questionable managerial decision made by our manager...
  24. I am done with Gomez. If we can trade him because other teams don't yet know of his stupidity, I say trade him... Night after night of complete and total ignorance as to how to play this game has ruined any confidence I had in him. If we can get a great deal because the league still views him as a talent, I want him gone. He is quickly becoming my least favorite player (offensively) on this team. BLECH! What a mess this team has become, it saddens me. It is such hard damn work to be a fan of this team, there is no longer enjoyment, just pain.
