We are in your neck of the woods -- just north of Dunbar. Over the years, the cell coverage has been better (AT&T), but it depends on the phone. If I put the phone in a certain corner of the cabin, I can use it as a hot spot to do some work. It also depends on the season (leaves or not) and the wind (I swear...) Every time I look at changing to a new carrier, I look at the coverage map. Very few cover Florence county. Even the coverage in Aurora (just south of Iron Mountain) is poor. At least it gives my kids a chance to learn to live without a cell phone. I'll chalk that up as a win.

Recently finished Clone Wars and Rebels. I may watch the Mandalorian again now I have a better understanding of Mandalor and the Dark Saber.

I was torn on where to post this because something that bugged me ended up being something positive. For the second time in two months, we had a dog get sprayed by a skunk. After the first dog was sprayed, we used a typical concoction we found online (baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, etc.). After that, my wife thought we should get some Skunk-Off just in case. I think we had put a little bit of it in the wash with some of the clothes and household items that smelled like skunk. This time around, we did the first smart thing -- keep him outside on a leash while we got our bearings. We used the Skunk-Off shampoo and sure enough, it got the smell out!!!!! Our house smells like it normally does and the pup had no traces of skunk smell this morning. Not sure if it is "must-see", but Frozen II is going to be on Disney+ on 3/15 -- three months ahead of schedule.

This happens every few years. Deals get worked out and the customers are happy (for the most part). Wash, rinse, repeat. With the streaming options, people can now jump from service to service every month. I like choices and options. Now... if I can get Sunday Ticket on ANY platform except Direct TV...

For the record, I subscribed to Youtube TV after Playstation Vue went away. Better Interface Doesn't take too long for the stream to come up Has thumbnails when you fast forward or go back. That way you know when to pick back up to efficiently skip the commercials. Does a good job of scanning the on demand items of other stations. I finally saw Taken... very troublesome... especially with three daughters who are young adults Bottom line -- I'm glad I made the switch.

It is very possible they know the location where the subscription is assigned. This could be done by using the MAC address of your cable modem. A little OSI level 2 analysis to lock it down...

Without Stallone/Rocky, I won't have much interest in other Creed films. To be honest, the actor that plays Creed is pretty blah. I just haven't found myself liking him much. On the flipside, and I felt a little guilty about these thoughts, I found myself more drawn to Drago's son than Creed. Viktor Drago has obviously led a much more interesting and painful life that Adonis Creed. His character drew more emotion out of me than Creed, and I found myself feeling genuinely sorry for him.. That is all I can say without posting spoilers, so I'll let it go at that... I don't want to give away spoilers either but I know you are not alone in this thought. Perhaps that would be a tie into the next movie. Drago ends up managing Creed. Dunno how that would work, but it would certainly be a plot twist. The relationship between Drago and his son is what I wanted to see explored a little more. Stallone is 72. Getting up there in age, for sure.

I agree. I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. I was just killing a couple hours and thought it would be ok. One thing bothered me in the end, but I won't mention any spoilers. I will try not to spoil too much. I will say that the origin is not based on Secret Wars (comic sits upstairs). It was cleaner than I thought it would be. At times, it was creepy, but not too creepy.

I have to disagree with you. Sure, seeing Jennifer Lawrence in full dominatrix mode was entertaining, but the cast around her was weak. Oh well... agree to disagree then. Circle gets the square...

Finished up (for the most part) Assassin's Creed: Origins on the XBox One. Now moving onto COD WWII. Very busy, lately, and my son doesn't always want to play multiplayer. LOL

I enjoyed it as well. I have a few kids I coach that saw it, but didnt enjoy it nearly as much as I did. What are they going to call the next movie? IT: the Second Course?
