I would have to agree with you, although Toby Maguire wasn't all that bad. I think it has a lot to do with the technology of the day and Spider-Man 3 was atrocious. *** Request for a "spoilers" tag ?

I have not seen it, yet. A friend of mine said that it was not good at all. He thought there was a lot of "woke" ideas in the storyline. Did you get that impression?

Unfortunately they use your ip address...so those games would be blacked out. I've had something similar happen to me in reverse. I was trying to watch the Coyotes in AZ on NHL.TV...and I couldn't. The place I was staying did not carry the channel they were on. Blackout rules are outdated and need to be updated to current times. It's kind of like having the a city speed limit of 12mph for horseless carriages so the horses don't get spooked (actual law in Connecticut from 1901) in today's society. https://nordvpn.com/??? You can connect to different servers around the world allowing you to appear as if you are in a certain region... I think...

Although we didn't get into Tesla early enough (when it was $70/share), we were able to get in a month or so over the recent 5 for 1 split. The thing is that Tesla is more than a car company -- they are solar, batteries, and more. Musk is using his technologies to reduce carbon and it makes sense... and is working. It also seems that Tesla is a bit of a novelty stock for millennials, too. They would rather own a piece of a company not necessarily because they are looking at dividends or P/E ratio, but because they want to be part of something else. I don't know when the price of many of these stocks will start correcting, but it will have to happen at some point. I guess Musk's net worth increased more in the past 12 months than Bill Gates' entire net worth. Crazy...

We recently got a new iPhone and can receive one year of Apple TV. We already subscribe to Disney, Netflix, YoutubeTV and Prime (via various children, etc.). Is AppleTV a good service?

We are in your neck of the woods -- just north of Dunbar. Over the years, the cell coverage has been better (AT&T), but it depends on the phone. If I put the phone in a certain corner of the cabin, I can use it as a hot spot to do some work. It also depends on the season (leaves or not) and the wind (I swear...) Every time I look at changing to a new carrier, I look at the coverage map. Very few cover Florence county. Even the coverage in Aurora (just south of Iron Mountain) is poor. At least it gives my kids a chance to learn to live without a cell phone. I'll chalk that up as a win.

Recently finished Clone Wars and Rebels. I may watch the Mandalorian again now I have a better understanding of Mandalor and the Dark Saber.

I was torn on where to post this because something that bugged me ended up being something positive. For the second time in two months, we had a dog get sprayed by a skunk. After the first dog was sprayed, we used a typical concoction we found online (baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, etc.). After that, my wife thought we should get some Skunk-Off just in case. I think we had put a little bit of it in the wash with some of the clothes and household items that smelled like skunk. This time around, we did the first smart thing -- keep him outside on a leash while we got our bearings. We used the Skunk-Off shampoo and sure enough, it got the smell out!!!!! Our house smells like it normally does and the pup had no traces of skunk smell this morning. Not sure if it is "must-see", but Frozen II is going to be on Disney+ on 3/15 -- three months ahead of schedule.

This happens every few years. Deals get worked out and the customers are happy (for the most part). Wash, rinse, repeat. With the streaming options, people can now jump from service to service every month. I like choices and options. Now... if I can get Sunday Ticket on ANY platform except Direct TV...

For the record, I subscribed to Youtube TV after Playstation Vue went away. Better Interface Doesn't take too long for the stream to come up Has thumbnails when you fast forward or go back. That way you know when to pick back up to efficiently skip the commercials. Does a good job of scanning the on demand items of other stations. I finally saw Taken... very troublesome... especially with three daughters who are young adults Bottom line -- I'm glad I made the switch.

Friday night's game was a lot of fun. A little frustrating -- especially in the second period, though.
