That show is awful. Unfortunately like you I got sucked in to watching a full episode last week. If it's on for more than a few weeks I'll be surprised.

Is there a different camera crew for this series? I've only seen about a total of 7 innings of the last two games, but I can think of at least four fly balls that were caught easily, yet the camera person is zooming in on the outfield crowd like it's a bomb. -
Speaking of movie scenes, in Into The Wild when the old man asks 'Alex' if he could adopt him as a grandson because after he dies there will be no one to carry on his name. That and the grave scene in Forrest Gump are the only two scenes I can think of that will make me tear up.

To be fair, it was definitely at the top of the strike zone. It's still called a strike like 98% of the time though.

Brings you back to the Cubs game a couple years ago where Hart got a strike 3 call that was 7 inches outside.

Not really sure why NBC couldn't have shown the Wimbledon semis live. I already accidentally saw the score of the Roddick-Murray match on ESPN when it was in the third set so now I have to wait like 2 hours before it gets to that point on TV.

I went to a Northwoods league game last night. $25 for all you can eat/drink. Not feeling the best today, but I made this franchise pay for this foolish promotion. 3 hotdogs 2 Cheeseburgers 2 bags of chips 1 bag of popcorn 7 beers 1 serving of cheese curds 1 giant cookie 1 piece of pizza ...and a diet pepsi. Man, I thought I took advantage of that. I went last Thursday and had like 9 beers and 4 cheeseburgers, you put me to shame. I didn't even know they had cheese curds.

I guess I'm not completely positive, but I think he tried several times to get into Arizona but was unable to achieve the necessary academic requirements. Also, you don't know what his money situation was either so I can't exactly blame him for taking the money immediately.

After John Kruck said Randy Johnson would win 30 games and Steve Phillips said Cliff Lee was the best lefty in the game ('06 or '07 maybe?) I have a hard time believing these guys are sincere with their 'predictions'. -
I know a handlebar mustache is the type that Rollie Fingers had, but would a fu manchu also be considered a handlebar mustache? I don't think it should be, but I got into a discussion about it tonight with some friends.

Do the Bucks actually have a legitimate shot at Jordan Hill? I wouldn't think he'd slide to 10 but Chad Ford has him going to Milwaukee in his latest mock draft.

I really don't remember the last time I went to a Brewers game where there wasn't someone wearing Packers gear. The worst is that people still wear cheeseheads to places other than Lambeau Field.
