  1. They survived the error, but not giving up the leadoff double
  2. Looks like we get to see Lockridge at first in this one
  3. Maybe he is just saving the hits for RBI chances?
  4. Always nice to give a sold out crowd a good show
  5. Nice job to keep it under 100 pitches that inning
  6. Surprised Miz came out for the 5th. I guess they are trying to get him the W
  7. How many series in MLB history have ever been worse than that one?
  8. Baseball once again demonstrating Turbo's cynicism is just realism, since 1999 at this point back on the ESPN boards?
  9. Surprised I haven't seen it in the discussion about Gard, but compared to what has happened to football in the NIL era I'll take the basketball results every single time. Maybe someday sanity will be restored to the system, but at least I got to attend UW during the Dayne years and the first Final Four run.
  10. Well there's number 4, but not a ton of time left unless we hit OT
  11. I wonder if it is worth trying to attack Martin for a few possessions and see if you can get him to a 4th foul
  12. Never assume refs will call things correctly...
  13. One should at least acknowledge that current geopolitical uncertainties are large enough that you can't 100% assume full speed ahead on these every increasing valuations.
  14. I would say one also gets a very different vibe from that team if Cain and Brantley launch their careers in Milwaukee and we benefit from their peak years...
  15. Doing it during Spring Training helps a ton because the contrast with pure exhibition games brings out more energy and interest.
  16. Assuming I can get my antenna adjusted again this is great. I'd love to see even more games go to Broadcast channels.
  17. Farther west so it's wrapped up over here, but I have blisters starting just from using the snow blower and I have more to do this evening. We got 22 inches, Wausau hit 31 and just crushed their all time record
  18. I'm inclined to agree that he just seems way too fragile to invest a big contract in. And while he is a difference maker on the field he hasn't really shown himself to be one of the best in the league. He certainly could put up an impressive season and it not be a surprise but I'm not saying to myself he could have been a HOFer except for the injuries at this point.
  19. Really hoping we can have a few season's where Jackson and Jesus are performing near their ceilings at the same time. Combined with our ability to fill the roster with solid contributors that's how we finally get a title.
  20. The article states the symptoms had gone away and had responded to treatment, but had recently returned. You can't really treat what isn't there.
