Nice to see a clean inning by Richards. -
I'd guess Nieves has no problem with another Brewer throwing a no-no. Or maybe he does. Idk. I’d be surprised if he did. It seems like you’d want to see your old team have success, especially for something like this. But I guess he’s the only one that’d know.

He was too wild in that inning, although the ump didn’t give him any favors. Pitchers that were strikes in the last inning for the Brewers were balls for Freddy.

For me, it’s 100% Cubs, solely because of the fans that come to Milwaukee. They make going to home Brewers games unenjoyable. I don’t feel that way at home games against the Cardinals. I’d have rather the Cardinals win 10 World Series in a row than the Cubs win in 2016.

Weird not seeing the screen covered in overlays. I stopped watching shortly after the grand slam. Since he never got to second, he only got a single, but what was the final score then? Yeah, I think he brought that clubhouse presence back to this team that was missing all last season and most of this season. Not surprising the team is winning with that back.

Yeah, why put Hiura out there? It’s not like we need him in the lineup for his bat. Nothing really good could come out of it.
