    I was satisfied with the ending. IMO, it would have been better if the sideways world was heaven, but then again you wouldn't see Sayid acting that way in heaven. Remember that the sideways world took place in the future, hence Hurley's comment to Ben, "You were a good #2" and Ben's reply, "You were a great #1." Perhaps some of the missing people from the church did things after they got off the island that did not deserve a ticket to heaven, or maybe they weren't ready like Ana Lucia. (Were Lapidus or Alpert ever in any sideways world storylines??) Reference Michael, Harold Perrineux was on the Lost Reunion on Jimmy Kimmel and said that Michael is stuck on the island for eternity. I too was disappointed with no resolution with Walt. Also, what did Widmore whisper in the Man in Black's ear? After the Kimmel show went off the air, the cast did a Q&A that is supposed to be available on Hulu. EDIT: I forgot to add... I'm pretty secure with my masculinity, but all of those reunions got me teared up. Claire and Charlie was the worst for me.

    Here's my theory on how the finale is going to go: The sideways storyline will turn out to be the real lives of the characters and the island storyline is actually the alternative. The sideways life is Jacob's view, aka the side of good. There was a shift in the balance between good and evil, hence the Man in Black's bad island storyline. In the finale, the Man in Black will kill at least one of Sawyer, Kate, or Hurley. He will probably be on the verge of taking out Jack or escaping the island when Desmond will do something at the concert to restore balance to the side of good and everyone will go upon their merry lives. I'm basing some of this theory on Desmond's statement to Hurley that Ana Lucia was not ready to come with them. When you think about it, everything is much better in the sideways storyline for all of our characters except Ana Lucia and Sayid. Even though Kate is in jail, she may actually be innocent this time around. Another theory I have read online, which I like, is that Jack is the new Jacob and Claire will be the new MIB. The last scene will be a rehash of the Jacob/MIB beach scene with Claire telling Jack, "Do you know how badly I want to kill you?"

    Did you see how the Braves celebrated Nate McLouth's walk-off home run last night?     I've dealt with a lot of rude Cubs fans, but at least none of them have intentionally vomited on me or my daughter. Nice shiner on the suspect too. Note to bad guys, "Don't fight with the police while being arrested."

    Does anyone else have this problem? Often when I am driving down the highway, one of my kids in the backseat will open their window. This causes intense pain in my ears. The pain goes away when either the window is rolled up, or the other back window is rolled down in conjunction with the other one. I think this a cabin pressure issue like an airplane, but I don't remember having this problem until a couple years back.

But it doesn’t take a lot to figure out that stepping on a cushion would be more comfortable.     Early on, I really thought I would get sick of Hurley. The writers have added some depth to his character, and he has become one of my favorites. Have they explained why Hurley went into the mental institution? Maybe this week with answer that question.

    Many joggers carry pepper spray. I believe some mailmen carry it too. On the legal side of things, you are well within your rights to use it if you believe there is imminent harm to yourself or your pet. On the civil side of things, I'm not so sure. Just make sure you are on public property and not on the dog owner's property should the need to use the pepper spray arise.

    Like Hofbraunhaus, I started watching Lost recently... about a month ago. I started watching the seasons on Blu-Ray from my local library. What an awesome show. I was able to get Seasons 1-4 from the library with no wait and burned right through them. I had to watch season 5 on hulu. Watching them on DVD is the way to go. No commercials and no agonizing wait for the following week's episode. What's left for the writers to answer? Jacob and the Man in Black will obviously be explained, but how about the questions leading into this season? I think we will learn more about the island itself, but I can't think of any more burning questions that need to be resolved.

    Another pro wrestling death. Whether his pro wrestling days or his bipolar disorder was to blame, that is unknown. I liked Kanyon. He was always coming up with nice variations of moves. I liked him as Mortis too.

    Wrestlemania really snuck up on me this year. Until last Monday, I had no idea it was this weekend already. The only WWE show I watch on a regular basis is NXT, and I am getting bored with that already too. Taker/HBK will be the best match on the card. Rey vs. Punk has potential to steal the show, but they will probably only get 6 minutes for their match. I have a bad feeling that Bret vs. Vince will be a massive train wreck. Bret seems to be in such poor physical health that they are going to have to go way over the top with the props or interference to make it entertaining.

    Unless I go the Ebay/Stubhub/Craig's List route, looks like I won't be making a trip to Target Field this year. Single game tix went on sale this morning at 0845. I got into the virtual waiting room at exactly 0845. I selected the Brewers/Twins game on Saturday, 05-22. I waited about 10 minutes before I could make my selection. When I went to buy my 2 tickets in the terrace section, I received an error message saying that the game was not available. I then selected Sunday's Brewers/Twins game. I had to wait about 15 minutes this time. When I finally got through, the only seats available were the $62 seats. I passed. When I went to try again for Saturday's game, a message then popped up saying that the game was only available through a season ticket package. Grrrrrr.

    Have you tried loading your library from one CPU onto your IPod, and then transferring it off your IPod and onto your other CPU? I believe I have done that in the past. IIRC, you will get a message that says, "This file can only be transferred a total of __ times. This is the first transfer." or something to that extent.

    I never had a Dome Dog when the Metrodome was open. They smelled terrible. I was literally 3 rows away from a guy with one and I could smell it.
