    Agreed. I think the actor that plays Toby does a fantastic job. And Creed is my favorite character on the show now. He rules. And I disagree about the car scene. I thought it was a little too much. The beauty of Michael's character has been you could almost justify some of the stuff he's done, but no one would ever drive a car into a lake like that. Now, Dwight's attempts at bravery after they were submerged were hilarious, I just thought it was a big reach to put them in that situation. Other than that I enjoyed the episode.

    I actually thought Weeks got better at turning two this year. His issues seem to stem from trying to rush things and taking weird angles. I think he'll improve but he'll never be gold glove, IMO. He just doesn't have the instincts or the range (maybe not having the former leads to the latter).

    "I may take some heat for this, but I dont think championships are won with players like gross and dillon starting. " Role players are a part of many championship teams. It's really rare to run the same eight position players out there night after night.

    There was an article in the Sun Times over the weekend about potential new owners and one of the local groups here in Chicago is a group of businessmen that really bleed Cubby Blue. One of the guys in that group is the annoying dude in the front row behind home plate at Wrigley that wears the pink Cubs hat.

Kyle Orton fades from Heisman race and is now a 3rd string QB behind Rex Grossman." I think Mark Jones had the call for ESPN that game. Normally I think he's annoying but he had a great call after that play - "A CATACLYSMIC turn of events!!!" And then I think he had the UW, Minny game the next year where UW blocked that punt to win.

    The fact of the matter is we had arguably our best pitcher out there to get one out and he didn't get it done. Plain and simple. And if Mench bats for Counsell, who plays third? Dillon? Anyone who thinks Yost had something to do with this loss is over managing the game.

    I wonder if the Brewers would be willing to get a guy from Japan. Someone like Kosuke Fukdome http://www.japaneseballplayers.com/en/player.php?id=kfukudome could play outfield and would provide a lefty bat to replace Jenkins. Not sure how his stats compare to guys like Ichiro or Matsui but he seems to get on base quite a bit.

    I Blind conspiracy. I didn't even watch the game but based on his last two starts, he hasn't been pitching that well. I don't really believe it but it's worth discussing.
