  1. Drummond is not all that good anymore and Aldridge has been horrible also. Rivers is someone the Bucks needed with Augustine traded. None of the acquisitions make any of the teams better. I guess Aldridge and Drummond make the teams better by name recognition?
  2. Women's basketball team has a new coach in Marisa Moseley. This looks to be a high profile hire? I am not sure I don't follow women's basketball all that much. https://www.foxsports.com/wisconsin/story/wisconsin-badgers-hire-marisa-moseley-as-womens-basketball-coach-032621
  3. Yes 15 is odd I guess you could explain 5 by him not liking the service received. But even at 10 that is an alarming number.
  4. They are a good team but not a great team. I don't think anyone on that team is a #1 type of a player they are just a bunch of #2's and #3's though they have a bunch of #2's and #3's on their team. They should have a better record than what they have right now but I wouldn't call the Celtics a really good team.
  5. Might want to ask ahead of time maybe a donation to their favorite charity instead?
  6. They won’t keep Taylor (who has options) over Vogelbach. As a 6th outfielder he wouldn’t play. Vogelbach has no positional flexibility maybe that is a moot point with JBJ on the team but I think the Brewers would rather have Taylor and McKinney over Vogelbach.
  7. From reading all of the stories on Fuller's release it sounded like he wanted to be with Fangio. It was where he felt comfortable in going and wouldn't have to learn a new system and new coaches.
  8. I don't believe Fuller was ever an option for the Packers. I think he had his heart set on returning to play with Fangio and I know the Bears tried to trade him before he was released. I don't think any team even had a possibility in signing him.
  9. My final guess at the 26 man roster: C: Narvaez, Pina 1B: Hiura, McKinney 2B: Wong SS: Urias, Arcia 3B: Shaw OF: Yelich, Cain, Garcia, JBJ, Taylor SP: Woodruff, Anderson, Burnes, Lindblom, Houser, Peralta RP: Hader, Williams, Suter, Rasmussen, Topa, Yardley, Feyereisen I went with a 13-13 split for pitchers and batters and I think the Brewers are going to need a 6th starter at least to start the first month or two of the season so both Houser and Peralta will get starts at the #5 and #6 spot. Possibly see a tag team of Peralta and Lindblom somewhat similar to what you see in A ball. I wouldn't be surprised to see Suter start for 3-innings and then hand it over to someone like Peralta or Lindblom. Though Lindblom and Anderson should be getting the majority of the innings during the beginning of the year. Maybe I am crazy to think this is the roster but I think it should be close?
  10. Not really odd. It is really hard to get victims to come forward and actually press real charges. So the other course of action is to bring civil charges. In a civil case the accusers don't have to testify and can remain anonymous. In a criminal charge I believe the accusers have to face the accused. Which means they are in the public. So most sexual assault charges at least the high profile ones are normally done in a civil case.
  11. I start to get skeptical once that many people are coming forward. Are they all true or are only some true? You have to take into account some are fake or are just doing it for a possibility of a payday. I am not 100% sure on this.
  12. +1. Short of a covid outbreak on gameday. These aged well. (As a proud alumnus, I can give receipts.) Reverse jynx? After the game against Iowa just wasn't feeling this team at all.
  13. Dating is difficult but during a pandemic OMG. So frustrating at times!
  14. From what JJ has said it seems as though his former agent burned some bridges with teams.
  15. The ones that come to your house they do. The one I got over the weekend I did it over Instagram. Though the one I ordered she is a private masseuse and doesn't work for a company well she has her own company but no website or anything like that. She operates completely on Instagram and Twitter. Yes I know how this sounds. I also got my last haircut from someone from Instagram.
  16. Full trade is PJ Tucker, Rodions Kurucs and a 2022 first round pick which was the Bucks pick for DJ Wilson, DJ Augustine, 2023 unprotected pick and right to swap picks in 2021 Houston's second round pick for the Bucks 2021 1st round pick top 9 protected.
  17. That is not what Wilson was concerned about. It was the offensive line and the play calling that he is concerned about. The Seahawks have barely invested in their offensive line only the Bears really have a worse offensive line than the Seahawks do but the Bears have been signing free agents and drafting guys here and there. I think the last time the Seahawks drafted an offensive lineman early was back in 2017 and they haven't drafted an OL lower than the earlier than the 4th round since. Very little has been done to protect Wilson and that is his biggest gripe with the team and also the offensive play calling he has an issue with along with Carroll's sons basically getting nothing but free passes.
  18. I have to have a whole cherry in my mine not sure why it just has to be there.
  19. I have: Baylor, Houston, Gonzaga and Michigan. With Gonzaga beating Houston.
  20. Well the Bears were close in getting Wilson before they signed Dalton. Carroll nixed the trade he was the final person to sign off on the trade and didn't.
  21. [sarcasm]QB, QB and then QB[/sarcasm] would be an interesting offseason on this board.
  22. One and done.
  23. I was thinking kind of like Nick Swisher but he had a closed stance.
  24. I have a bottle of Gary's, which is fine in a pinch, but I have found that taking the time to muddle cherries, orange, sugar, and bitters is well worth it. Yeah the one I got was perfect it wasn't overly sweet and was just about right. Reminded me of the ones I ordered in the bars back in WI. The ones out here taste like sugar water with some alcohol.
