  1. Does Kizer have any trade value? I think his ceiling currently is a 6th and his floor is a waiver claim.
  2. I really like Kizer ... just not as a football player.
  3. The Raiders are interested in trading a late round pick for Lane Taylor if Jenkins wins a starting OG spot, per Rob Demovsky.
  4. I dig it. I hope he’s holding a yard sale for all the bubble players.
  5. Reggie Gilbert traded to the Titans for a 7th round pick, per Demovsky.
  6. No one claimed Josh Jones off waivers. No wonder they couldn’t trade him. No team wanted his contract ‘for free.’
  7. You know at least one person had both Andrew Luck and Lamar Miller (ACL) on their fantasy team.
  8. That thought also crossed my mind. By that time, the Colts will probably have made a big financial commitment to another QB and won’t be able to resume paying Luck’s salary.
  9. I mixed rum with cream soda last night and it was excellent ... better than cola (of which I’m also a big fan).
  10. The Packers have released Josh Jones, per Jones’ Twitter.
  11. And RG3 is still playing. I guess that debate is finally settled (sarcasm). How many Fantasy Football waiver claims will there be on Jacoby Brissett today? I feel bad for the folks who drafted Luck as their QB1. I don’t blame Luck for walking away. I know the injury situation for him must be extremely frustrating. Had he won a Super Bowl, his legacy probably would have been the ‘guy who reached the highest level and quit while he was ahead.’ Now I fear he’ll just be viewed as the guy who quit.
  12. His chances to make the roster improved greatly due to St Brown’s injury.
  13. Trevor Davis with his annual reminder that he’s sort of an NFL receiver.
  14. I did the same thing, should have redeemed them earlier to that Friday game but I always forgot. Still kind of amazed that every single Terrace seat is gone for a Friday September game. Going to the Cardinals and Astros games the following Tuesdays instead. Not a weekend but at least a couple of good opponents. I’ll probably send in 2 for next year’s most desirable date ASAP. It usually takes me until early August to complete 4. Unfortunately, tickets to a weeknight game are worthless to me (driving from Green Bay). I just gave them away at work.
  15. I wouldn’t infer anything from this game.
  16. That was my thought....how was this not identified a week, a month, six months ago? I’m sure it was on their radar, but they assumed it would be an easy fix. That doesn’t make it any less embarrassing, but give them a little credit. I like games in unique locations, but maybe they need to stick to NFL and major college stadiums.
  17. Yikes. Thanks. I’m fairly certain they’re all common. I might still try the consignment shop. Ask $4 and net $2 after they take their 50% cut. After a year, I might get a check for $20.
  18. What’s the best way to unload a dozen bobbleheads? All SGAs (mainly Bucks and T-Rats). None of which are particularly rare. I’m not dillusional about their value. I’d probably ask $6 and take $4. I doubt individual lots on eBay would be worthwhile or cost effective. Craig’s List? Consignment Shop?
  19. I completed 4 BP punch cards this year, but didn’t get my first choice game (the only weekend option). This is the first time I haven’t received my first choice and I’ve always sent them in later in the season. I’m betting the Brewers’ success in 2018 boosted interest in the program.
  20. I agree that Lewis could be a surprise cut at TE, but they’ll probably keep 4. I’d also count St. Brown as a good bet, so that really only leaves at most one WR spot up for grabs. Shepherd is my dark horse because of his strong pre-season and return ability. I think both Moore and Davis get cut. I also think they only keep 2 QB.
  21. I’m 33 and have never used an ATM. I get a paper check (by choice) and just take out the appropriate amount of cash every month.
  22. What’s wrong with moving to the country? The negative environmental externalities? At some point, I think you’ll see the gas tax go up to discourage long commutes.
  23. I think he will, I think Davis / Moore are the odd men out. One of those two will almost certainly be cut, right? I think it’s pretty likely they keep 4 TE and a FB, which probably means only 5 WR (6 at most). But who does the returns?
  24. Is Kumerow a lock to make the roster? Probably, right?
