    Nice job by Durrington with his inspirational grittiness. His call-up will be the turning point of the season. You know, I don't really believe in stuff like that. Isn't it kind of odd though that the Brewers began their slump when Durrington went down June 10th and come back for a big win the day he is brought back up?     Wow. People get so touchy when a team starts losing. Take a deep breath and look at brewerfan.net's season predictions. No one thought this team was going to be very good. The last month has been amazing with a lot of you guys.

    A team that (up to this point) has Wes Obermueller as the #5, has no business trading another starter for anything. Let's worry about getting a consistent 1-7 before we worry about getting a better hitting #8. As long as the staff has success Gary Bennett and Chad Moeller deserve jobs. Every hit from them is a bonus.

    I feel really sorry for Terry Mulholland against the Brewers. Brewers are 6 for 7 against him this year.

    It always looks good when the middle/bottom of the order (besides Gary Bennett) are producing in the same game. If only Podsednik, Spivey and Jenkins could heat it up.

    The only semi-exciting thing about the was that the benches cleared. Of course I'm glad no punches were thrown, but I get a hoot out of everyone being on the field. I have no idea what Doug was upset about. Bennett took a baseball slide, and isn't exactly the type of guy I would want to mess with. He looks like he has a couple of good bar fights in him. Should make for an interesting rest of the series, Ned didn't seem all too happy with it. I also got a kick out of what Ben Sheets did. Everyone else went right towards the Twins and Ben lagged behind a bit, looking over everyone's shoulders like "What's going on over there?"
