  1. Tomatoes, green beans, carrots, and pumpkins.
  2. I'm not really sure. I just have no interest going downtown. It might stem from when the Marquette was rebuilt, and I didn't want to deal with the construction. I found alternate places to go, and now I just don't want to go there anymore.
  3. My issue with Larry Sanders is who is the real Larry Sanders. From what I've heard recently if have a soft spot for him, but then I remember his Twitter rants from a year or so ago and wonder.
  4. All this winning still wasn't bringing people out. We're still 27th in the league in attendance. Still averaging less than 15K per game. Deviating from the plan to win one extra playoff series isn't a good idea. It doesn't matter how much the Bucks win I have no plans to go to any games. I just hate going downtown. If I was given free tickets in the upper level I wouldn't take them. If I was given free tickets on the floor level I might go, but that's what it would take. The Bucks winning has led me to look at their box score each game though.
  5. The 53rd street address is the Brewers minor league complex. When the Brewers ST in not in session the mail gets forwarded to the minor league complex. The forwarding time had expired from the end of last spring training. Your letter must have got there too early.
  6. mid-March
  7. This is the address to use per the operations manager Milwaukee Brewers Maryvale Baseball Park 3600 N. 51st Avenue Maryvale, AZ, 85031
  8. The Brewers have to strike while the iron is hot on Hank the Dog.
  9. I did notice that they upped the price of the Terrace Reserved seats for the Major League Night from $19 (when I bought mine yesterday) to $25. Demand-based pricing? I'm just guessing here, but I think it may be Terrace Box.
  10. Where dud you go and what did you do off the boat?
  11. My wife uses ebates. She saves a few bucks here and there on things she was going to buy anyways.
  12. What jerks. When you leave, run some fiberglass insulation in the dryer.
  13. I'm all for wifi. The day is coming that I'll be able to bring a tablet in and watch the game as older generations listened with a radio. That way I'll be able to see a replay once in a while. All the time in between pitches and they won't show a replay of a relatively close play.
  14. Paul. The bar across the street of The Bradley Center can't stay in business no matter who the owner has been. Your economic development is overrated.
  15. I went to Disney on Ice last night and parking in the structure was $20. I don't think I've been to more than three events on an evening downtown since 2000 as I hate it. I am sure happy not to have the Brewers downtown. Maybe, if the Bucks weren't downtown I'd go to some games.
  16. Bill Belichick.
  17. Some people don't like to, want to, or have anxiety issues about it. Virtually its public speaking. There are plenty of other players that love to talk, and talk about themselves.
  18. The greatest change from year one in the convention hall to year two was using the whole hall. They used half of it the first year, so it was mighty cramped.
  19. I'm sure this is your Hostetler http://www.baseball-reference.com/minors/player.cgi?id=hostet001bri Maybe a spring training catcher for the team?
  20. Rob Deer said I look like Matt Williams. I took off my hat and said, "I had hair though."
  21. 3rd and 19 really didn't matter. Clay Matthews had hands to the face on that play which would have given Seattle a first down anyways. Seattle declined the penalty.
  22. I've been to a few Legends of the Field signings before, and its a decent place for a signing. Yes, you will be herded through like cattle. Molitor has always been a gracious signer to the fans, but now he is a manager. He will not have the time to sign autographs at a game like he did in the past. Some Hall of Famers are really good at signing, and some are not. Molitor has always been really good.
  23. NELSON CRUZ COULD HAVE BEEN GOTTEN BACK FOR NOTHING Please everyone....he was a thrown in prospect that nobody else wanted a year later.
