  1. Just say no to Westbrook. I would rather see the Brewers resign Suppan than sign Westbrook. you're insane
  2. with the massive amount of money coming off the books this season, sign cliff lee to a 7y/120-130m deal and pick up jake westbrook on a 2 or 3 year deal. i doubt any team is going to give up the package the brewers need for prince so the comp picks are looking more and more likely. with a much more solid rotation and keeping prince, at the very least next summer will be alot of fun.
  3. that braun does look pretty bad, but that votto looks really cool
  4. i have an extra signed hicks and a slowey. send me a message.
  5. thank you beno. and yes you did snipe. the fact that you posted twice makes it even worse.
  6. dude, dont snipe my thread. thats not cool.
  7. i sent you a pm, i'll definatly make that deal.
  8. what do you plan on doing with viciedo then? hes mlb ready and, in my opinion, a much better option at first then hart. i'm a big fan of that kid but i dont think danks/viciedo is enough for prince because danks already has a good amount of service time in.
  9. i think prince is as good as gone. texas is probably the best fit and if the brewers dont get crash davis in the deal, i dont see why they wouldnt, i'd love to see konerko signed. mcgehee could be a good piece to move. although i really dont see the return being worth it but atlanta could be a good fit for him if chipper retires. both deals could get the pitching needed as both teams are pretty well off as far young, team controlled pitching goes. texas might be a little scorned if milwaukee guns for cliff lee though, which they definatly should.
  10. i've got a cc for the beer bottle
  11. i have an extra cc bobble available. looking to get beer vendor(first choice), 2010 cecil cooper, 2010 yount, or t-rats dave bush rehab. i also have a few more bobbles available(mostly this seasons snappers), but i'll make a list later. thanks-kevin
  12. i'm interested in the hank aaron. i've got a few of the retros but none you listed. i also have extras of the snappers bobbles from this year (including an aaron hicks signed).
  13. i'm interested in the hank aaron. i've got a few of the retros but none you listed. i also have extras of the snappers bobbles from this year (including an aaron hicks signed).
  14. Owings was just dfa'd by the reds. i think he would be a good fit with the crew. better than parra and narveson and having his bat along with wolf and gallardo would give the brewers one of the best hitting rotation.
  15. pineda/ackley/saunders/alex liddi for prince/gamel
  16. i really need a hunter morris auto 8x10, would you be able to help me out with that?
  17. i think a big problem with getting the young pitching the brewers need is every gm knows just how desperate the crew is for them.
  18. i went there. the mallards site said he signed til 9:30. i was at the very end of the tent after they let people in and was in line for an hour and 45 min. got a jersey, bat, mini helmet, and hat signed by robin (i took the whole family). also got a ball signed by clark.
  19. i still think prince will end up in texas this off season. when the yankees beat the rangers in the alcs, they'll wish they made the trade at the deadline and they'll want to make sure it doesnt happen again. they should have all money issues in order well before the end of next season to work out a contract extension.
  20. i say why not. give a couple of the kids some reward for doing really good this season. a couple of weeks really isnt going to hurt their service time since i'm sure they wont be on the opening day roster next year.
  21. word is the sox are going after brett myers
  22. There is no chance that would be enough to get just Greinke let alone both Greinke and Gordon. The Royals would want Lawrie and probably Gamel plus pitching, and I wouldn't be shocked if they wanted a young MLB talent like Escobar too. Gomez & Casey plus pitching likely wouldn't even get you 20 seconds into a phone call well its a good thing i'm not a gm i guess. i dont think it would get grienke but it's a start. why is everyone projecting braun to be a 1b after prince is gone. his body doenst make me think 1b. he's not nearly as bad as manny ramirez in the of but no one was screaming for him to play 1b.
  23. i think this would be very counter productive. the main target is young pitching. i am all for going after grienke and gordon. gordon would play 1b. hudson/beckham is probably too little for prince and davis is too much for hart. i would say mcgehee/gomez/a couple pitchers(bucci/jeffress/scarpetta/ anyone besides heckathorn and odorizzi)/ taylor green for grienke and gordon. i wouldnt mind werth though 1b-gordon/2b-weeks or lawrie/ss-esco/3b-beckham/of-braun/cain/werth rotation- grienke/yo/hudson/davis/wolf. this would be insane!
  24. i really want a t rat hat and could use some help. if someone is going to a game soon or lives in appleton and could hook me up i would really appreciate it. i would be happy to pay or even work out a trade(i still have a few extra snappers aaron hicks bobbles). thanks-kevin
