  1. I just have the feeling SF is going to assert themselves here. I don't feel great about where this sits.
  2. I said in my family chain that I wanted us to run on 3rd and 11 before the play. You either get lucky and they aren't expecting or you punt from near midfield. Oof.
  3. They were painfully close to hitting Purdy on that completion to Kittle and getting off the field.
  4. Who else fully expects them to somehow not overturn this?
  5. The 1 and goal at the 9 always sucks but in this scenario with how things have worked I'd have probably run 3 times.
  6. I think boy genius outsmarted himself. He was way over occupied with making sure they could take a two score lead in the 3rd and forgot the scoring now part.
  7. This sequence has been a bit odd. If they don't get a TD, they really milked the clock a LOT inside of 90 seconds and way far away from the end zone.
  8. It's hard not to see it this way. The young team that had a great year but ultimately came up short in a generally good performance because they had 6 points in 3 red zone trips.
  9. I felt like that was doomed when we were 1st and goal at the 9. I hate that.
  10. Dropped INT + that stupid 3rd and 4th and 1 sequence + immediately giving up TD = the magic juju has run out
  11. That will probably turn the game. Dumb two plays, and he probably got it anyway, and dumb that it wasn't overturned.
  12. Good luck fans. I think the buck stops here but hopefully this isn't a 3-hour nap situation.
  13. Unbelievable. The Packers have done it again at QB.
  14. Last night was the second worst outcome. Worst was a blowout the other way. Am I hanging too much on a regular season game? Yes probably. But it's a signature win that glosses over how bad some aspects of this team have been, after a game they won because, let's be honest, Boston was just uncharacteristically awful. I would have preferred seeing them win a competitive game or at least one where Boston had things going. If it's some kind of spark plug I'm all for it. But I can't shake the itch that this team is headed for the same drubbing by Miami or Indiana again. They just seem so soft on the defensive side.
  15. They brought on Stotts to work the offense while Griffin was allegedly a defensive minded coach. Any time I look up the score the Bucks are surrendering 125 points. Sometimes even when they win. You'd have to try to be as bad as they've been.
  16. The Packers have already won the season. Even if they were to win they'd get absolutely manhandled the following week. I'll be happy if they compete, but I do think it's possible for them to play spoiler. It will be fun to see how Love plays. Unfortunately I won't see it live. Coaching wrestling in the morning/afternoon and indoor soccer at 5pm. 🙃
  17. I'm not a knee jerk person. But they need to fire Adrian Griffin. The defense is unbelievably terrible. They don't have the time to throw away seasons. Get him out. This mess really makes me wonder what happened with Stotts.
  18. Several in this thread should be munching on crow for the remainder of the year.
  19. I'd prefer Dallas. We will be dogs either way and losing to a 2 seed Dallas is shameless. Losing to a division rival in a 3rd matchup is worse. They should beat us but it's still worse. Plus the glory of spoiling yet another Cowboys playoff is delicious. It's got the better payoff.
  20. Up and down year but definitely an impressive feat getting this team to the playoffs all things considered. Future looks bright. I'm excited to see how they do in Dallas.
  21. Or just watch the first where it does, lol.
  22. It absolutely hit the ground.
  23. I didn't see possession established there until after he rolled out. But anybody saying the first one was a catch has to rewatch. The nose of the ball bounced right off the turf. That's the only reason it ended up in the Bears WR's chest.
  24. They got that one right. Not a catch.
